I was literally diagnosed last week. And I’m 40 😬😬 but now I have answers to the patterns that have been wreaking havoc on my life. If it wasn’t for ADHD/Mental health RUclipsrs I never would have realized I needed to get an assessment done. I thought it was just anxiety, depression, a touch of OCD 😅 but anyway! Let me stop before I ramble. Just thank you for what you do! You are going to impact more people than you can ever imagine if you keep it up. :)
