After seeing the gameplay of gta 4 im surpised its not lagging, no seriously people that had high specs were even complaining that it keeps bugging no matter what
GTA 4 has problems with optimization, there are lags even on i7 12700f

Try that on fivem and tell me how long you hold that frame rate , i7-7700k 4.5ghz 6650xt gpu 8gb 32gb 3200mhz ram -2x16gb
