Of course the Conservatives went against the budget. It was a foregone conclusion because Poilievre is all about politics and grandstanding and will say or do anything to get elected. He's lied enough already.

Political theatre for sure. He needs to appear as though he has serious issues with the budget, rather than handing Trudeau yet another confidence vote. At this point he has 0 credibility, so he needs to cling to power for as long as possible. I'd hoped the whole pension thing was just cynicism from his critics, but it seems more and more likely that he actually is just looking out for his own financial interests over the financial interests of Canadians.

Free birth control in a country that has a plummeting birth rate due to over taxing is just over the top. Lower taxes, promote new births, and let the economy grow. Can't wait till PP is PM

Why is free birth control a bad thing?
@yxeaviationphotog Excess government spending gets monetized and creates inflation. Adding program after program without a commensurate increase in taxes will stoke inflation.
Also low birth rates will lead to serious problems for our social system, if you have to go that option, family planning is a far better option. Also condoms are cheap and often free at provincial/local health clinics.
I rarely vote in elections but i am definitely voting conservative in the next one. I dont care what the liberals and ndp say at this point. I want them out.
