The best step by step... period
This was a very helpful thorough video, and it is much appreciated. But yes, the axles have to be flush to the transmission. I used a rubber mallet to get them in.
That's one clean civic
I just did this today on my beater. I couldnt agree more 🤣🤣 PB blaster and the biggest damn breaker bar i could afford were how i fought the rust from all the snow and salt and neglect.
Wouldn’t the axle have to be pushed in almost touching the trans the same way you pulled out the old one
Nice work...
Excelente. 👍
Why do you need a new spindle nut?
Very good butcher Instructional Video
I would have put the lug nuts onto the wheel studs to protect the threads before removing the wheel nut.
Also, the Honda shop manual says to "Install hex nut on ball joint. Ensure nut is flush with ball joint pin end, or threaded section of ball joint pin might be damaged by ball joint remover."
This video shows how poorly written Haynes manuals are doesn't even tell you what size the nuts are
if you dont have a tool set with all sizes of tools then you probably shouldnt be doing a job like this yourself. its extremely easy to figure out what size tool you need when the bolt/nut is infront of you. how entitled can a person be? be grateful that you have instructional videos like this at your disposal instead of being such a spoilt brat.
I agree, the whole time watching the video, I was wondering when are they going to give us the nut sizes
