For Someone asking about they don't have a icing sugar/powdered sugar. If you guys don't have Icing sugar or Powdered sugar..... You can use your regular sugar, just blend the regular sugar in a blender, keep blending it until you get a consistency like powder but keep it eye on it because sometimes the sugar sticks to the sides of blender. If the sugar sticks to the side of blender take a spoon or spatula and just scrape the side of the blender, Once you get your sugar turns like a powder then you have a Icing sugar/Powdered sugar... Hope this helps :)

It sounds like you may have burnt the chocolate. Try it again by melting very slowly on very low heat 🙂
