graphiquement at time is nice for 1997/1998 the skin of game evolution from year to year is getting better and better
This gameplay is used shaders, hence is not that pixely. Most likely retropie emulation or something similar where you can apply shaders, smoothing, etc.
I like this one better than 95 You could smash people through the glass on this one it's hilarious
You could also slap shot the puck through the glass so funny hit people in the background
Never knew THQ was involved in making this game
Yep, sure was.
@@VideoGaming4U Interesting
Yeah, they did all of the SNES ports of EA Sports games.
@Blingman757 I think nhl 98 was the only EA hockey game on SNES they were involved with. The other EA hockey games were developed by High Score Productions and ported to SNES by Visual Concepts. I'm not sure what involvement THQ had in NHL 98 since it's the same as 96 and 97 with updated rosters and some other minor changes.
Penalty moments are the best.
so wth .... sundin was injured for the period in the 2nd but then he still shows up for the remaining 2nd ... nice injury dude
Cool man
Thank you.
I got NHL 98 for PS1
Cool.
@@VideoGaming4U yeah man
@VideoGaming4U Hey, I have nhl 98 for my sega genesis emulator and should I do a series where I play as a certain team?
jurassic park operation genesis was released on this day. and Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 3 was as well.
why better then original hockey atleast in video games the ottawa senators can atleast win the stanley cup
I've always felt these games looked and played better on the sega genesis.
Looked and sounded slightly better on the SNES. Played way better on the Genesis. Goes for all sports games except for Basketball. The NBA Live's were always better on SNES for some reason. Perhaps because they had a dedicated steal button.
A lot of hitting and penalties for an all star game 😂
