    Good rundown Tony. Thanks.
    Ps: closed captions are funny. It keeps putting " Petal" instead of pedal, lol

    I’ve owned my Hotone Soul Press now for like 6 years now… it’s been a great little pedal but I will be upgrading to this one now thanks to your video!

    That's cool that it didn't cut out on the wah when the tuner activated because you went back that far.

    I've had (corksniffy) signal loss issues using the "tuner out" from my volume pedal, so having the tuner integrated like this sounds pretty nifty. I'd say Morleys are good for people who insist on wearing cowboy boots as stagewear. Lookin' at you, Mr. Vai.

    Hi Tony thankyou for your review! About wha control: which wha do you use? How do you can auto engage the wha? I like this pedal but I need this function. Thx

    This is very cool! One question-when it’s used as an expression pedal with, say, a Hotone Ampero, can the footswitch be used to control something on the Ampero? Like switch Volume to Wah? It will do that with audio, but can it do the same with expression voltage?

    How responsive is the tuner if used on a bass? I can’t seem to fine any discussion online of this pedal from a bass perspective.

    Hi! What wah are you using? Are you controlling it with the hotone?

    I looks like a clean machine. Stil tho..internally it looks like the teeth of the turning wheel (the rod) is made out of plastic and i think dat the cable inputs are a bit to low on the pedal. A misstep to the left or the right will ruin your cables and maybe even the pedal internally. Maybe its done for an easy connect on a pedalboard? Don’t know..but could be, but not the the hotone ampero’s because exp connections are onthe top of the device. But i’m still curious tho and i might go for this spicey devicey. Thanks for the info 👍🏼

      Every single pedal that I have ever seen the rode is made out of plastic! All old wah pedals are and most are still working until this day!

    it does look nice though It can be a problem when you are playing live you can exaggerate and press the button on full on and switch involuntarily to the other function maybe someone will prove I'm wrong here

      You would need to press pretty hard!

    I am considering to get press 2 or tuner press to use with stage 2. Is it true that tuner press gives more advantages over press 2: built in volume pedal (therefore save the use of volume block in stage 2), buffer, tuner (which may be duplicated function with stage 2), occupy one exp jack on stage 2?display of max-min range of expression?

  • @littlespaceman
    @littlespaceman 7 месяцев назад +1

    Can you tell me please if the Volume / Expression functions are passive, and it’s only the tuner that needs a power supply, or do the Volume/Exp also need the power supply?

    • @sweet_brad
      @sweet_brad 17 дней назад

      I'd like to know this too!

    • @littlespaceman
      @littlespaceman 17 дней назад +1

      @@sweet_brad Unfortunately it seems they all need a power supply to work. At least I asked a guy selling one on eBay if he could answer that for me, and that's what he told me (and he'd be sure to tell me if they could work without the power supply, as then he'd have made a sale!)
      So sadly it seems you do need the power, which made it a no-go for me

      @marksGASSstation, in no way could it be misconstrued as being pronounced" hot tone"..
      There's only one t, which will leave it being
      Either "Ho tone" or "Hot one"
