No steve's lows are trash. Im always shocked when some one tries to duck against steve while in neutral.

The ducks are usually to get under his highs instead of blocking his lows

His Lows are fantastic. I'm saying this as a Steve Player. He doesn't have a Hatchet/Stature Kick. That's it.

@kylefields3951 I meant no low that knocks down or gives a combo or even followup on normal hit. Got only 2 low that are very slow and only gives combo in ch. The d1 and d21 is great tho
