The carvable pumpkin mod was a surprise, considering that there was an entire miniseries on Skydoesminecraft's channel entirely revolving around who could use that mod to make the best pumpkin carving
I might suggest the Mystical Agriculture mod for some future video- It takes "resource farming" to a whole new level, allowing you to plant crops that drop "essences" when harvested (the appropriate essence to the crop of course) and through these crops and essences it is possible to make just about every vanilla resource in the game, as well as a variety of modded resources. Wonderful for folks who enjoy farming, or just want to save themselves the trouble of going after particularly difficult to obtain resources.
For those who are unaware: TekTopia was developed by RUclipsr Tango Tek. and there is a whole series on his channel of him developing it. It was awesome to see it's progress, and I'd highly recommend it if you have the time! Both the series and the mod!

Idea for the next one: a mod called Shadow Legacy! It's a mod that adds various wands, spells, and other magical shenanigans like passive buffs, without making things too complicated or specific. This makes Shadow Legacy a fun mod that, unlike OTHER magic mods, won't literally blow up in your face if you misplaced so much as one block. I'm looking at YOU, Ars Magica. As of right now (Friday Aug 30th, 2019), *It only has 2,803 downloads* , which is WAY too low for a mod of this quality!
Immersive portals is probably the coolest mod I've seen but I don't like how it's a fabric mod. I hate now that I have to pick and choose mods due to compatibility. Damn you forge for updating so slowly.
Tango's Villager Mod .... It is generally regarded that Mojang saw Tango working on his mod and improved their villagers as a result. The similarities are too close. While Tango himself remains diplomatic about it, there have been moments where he's shown his slight annoyance with Mojang, although Tango being the perfect gentleman he is, would never admit that.
Tektopia is a really great mod if you are into city-building games. I've already sunk like 12 hours into the mod and I don't feel like I have got the perfect village yet.
That emersive portals mod is amazing but it's so trippy and nauseating at the same time they need to make that a Minecraft update you could upgrade transportation so much with it
Everyone definitely give tektopia a shot if your thinking about it there is loads more than what was shown in the video it’s actually a massive mod made by TangoTek who is a RUclipsr part of hermitcraft

I big thing about the future MC mod, the new tool blocks (eg, loom, stone cutter, etc) are only aesthetic blocks, I found that out the hard way :(
