During that quest in Brightwall where you marry that noble for the woman to get back at him - when they were both arguing at the end, I accidentally bumped the trigger with my knee and bashed both there faces in with a hammer in one fell swoop. Quest immediately saved after that, and the game called me a heartless bastard..

It's the Oakvale/Knothole glade theme slowed down, hence the similarities.
