you still pumping out elden ring content right as i got back into it has been awesome. love this game and your builds make it fun to play
Prepping for that DLC
Same here :)
Fex is the goat when it comes to videos like this
Thank you for addressing the inane and uninformed comments from your last build vid. The tremendous amount of work that goes into these is not lost on me - and I ain’t the only one!
Eh, people tend to criticize what they don't fully understand.
@@bmsuperstar1 people complain and criticize everything. He shouldn't have even addressed it lol
@@almightytowerdiveking4636 You can't please everyone.
Happy to see a more blended build again, as I much prefer them over the "one-click wonder" builds that get boring fast. Still interested in a Strength/Arcane dragon-themed build for all-game or a ranger-like build with axe or spear and maybe a bow or incantations. Looking forward to more builds and Elden Ring content!
Elden Ring is still the only game out of 300 plus on my Steam list that has a 100% completion. It truly is a masterclass of a game.
Only game I have at platinum…
I love how constructively you take criticism. Truly incredible ❤
It's wild to me so many people were complaining about that, keep up the great work I love these build videos!!
Glad to see the Iron Cleaver is finally getting a spotlight video! I loved this weapon on my first playthrough, and i played through a majority of the game with it. It’s a great weapon choice!
This is a great build - I noticed this set up in the Axe’s are Op video and thought it was interesting. Nicely done!
You're the best! These builds you are making made playing Elden Ring so much more fun for me.
Jesus ,4k dmg on 1 charged heavy. good lord this has been slept on.
To be fair with axe talisman and RKR in NG+ there are quite a few weapons where that ain't no thing. But the added utility of the charge, the light weight and the extremely quick R1s make this weapon kind of a hidden gem.
It's really weird how so many of ERs uglyass farm equipment-like weapons turns out to be amazing.
The morning is just getting started! I appreciate these builds.
My man, not only did you showcase harder enemies/bosses, your reel is full of just filthy smackdowns. Staggering the Crucible Knight. Smacking O'Neil in the head until you staggered him out of his charge up. The no look on Anastasia followed by finishing her with one R2, lmao. This is good stuff.
Actually my favorite build, also lorefta greatbow fits really well to snipe foes from a distance before go screaming to the rest of them like a serial killer
Bruh, put time into this game, never saw that cleaver. Nice.
I started the noble swordsman build on a new character and got 80 levels before I finally farmed the sword and drip. 10/10 recommend
I love the play style and the raw damage but I’m not sure I can get over the appearance of that clever and the jellyfish shield…
Great build though, very well put together
Nice! I’m glad we are back with Elden ring builds too. The weapon also reminds me of a Dark Souls 3 cleaver 😂
Every time you periodically post elden ring content I always come back!
Love these builds man. I know it takes a lot of time to make these and I know we all appreciate it. I bet the ones who complain about the early game footage don't actually try the builds at all.
Your absolutely awesome endgame builds are what makes me go back and play this game over and over and over again ❤
I like the late game enemies demonstration! I hope that you keep doing it going forward.
always happy to see jelly shield builds. My favorite tem ingame.
This is gona make me get back on elden ring. I love carian themed builds 😭
I’m gonna try this build. Thanks for all the content!
Keep this content coming love the Elden ring vids ❤
This build looks sick!
Great build as always. Appreciate you showcasing it against later enemies. Also appreciate you putting it up on the site, in the build table. Was wondering if you are going to do any more BG3 end-game builds. The Eldritch Knight one was really informative and looked fun as hell.
thats a dope build, never thought using that weapon, but now I do
I'm about to do my NG+ run and I'm thinking of trying out a new build! This one looks like something that will work for my playstyle. Thanks!
Respect! This will be my next build, I've never thought about using the Iron Cleaver. Thank you for always providing us with God-level content. Listen, man, anyone who complains about the level type enemies in the videos - they can't think for themselves and need their hand held through the entire process. They have no idea how to optimize a build to work for them later in the game against more difficult enemies. I'm looking forward to the next one. Respect!
I thought it to be very well thought out that you dont spoil late game enemies and bosses. Its never good to respond to negative comments as these are not the guys that made you in the first place. Your views speak for themselves and your content is top notch quality, that's why we're here :)
I appreciate you taking the effort to show harder enemies
Awesome. Always looking for a weapon and shield combo for our main magic user. Mostly rely on death poker but this is looking good. I will try. Thanks so much for your videos!
This is my favorite axe in the game. I didn't even think about adding the shield or phalanx. Great idea.
I really love the heavy R2 to rush in like that.
When I first tried it I kept trying to use it like a normal R2 so I kept running past enemy, but also it does have better tracking than I thought it would.
It's good to see tge cleaver getting a little love.
Thnx im still playing and i loved your build
Your Blood Samurai guide was my foundation and I simply became a bleeding god who reduces all enemies to dust. The idea of these builds is exactly to make you very powerful. With the exception of those damn bubble makers, all the enemies were easy for me. The idea of these builds is that. They complain to you about them working? This is crazy!
My first run in Elden Ring was a pure intelligence, but without any knowledge that you could indeed have a more hybrid type of character. I was so frustrated with this build that after i never touch to intelligence build for 4 others run... but maybe now i'm ready and this one gives me hope. Thanks.
Everything in this build work together. ❤
This really helped me thank you
I just started an Iron Cleaver build this morning
Fextra, stay awesome 😎
I think a build revolving the Monk's Flamemace and its unique heavy attack would be a nice followup from this vid. I'm thinking a straight-up STR/FAI build with some Black Flame Monk armor + incants would be the way to go! Always appreciate your vids Fextra team!
I’m a fairly new player and have been watching a bunch of these build videos and I have to point out that this build seems to MAUL enemies like no other all game build I’ve seen. Just sayin it looks mega powerful🤣
great build!! mor builds that can be made from the start plz
Cool build!
That windup I can just hear the "Fffffffffffuck you!" with every chop.
I LOLed!
This was my first weapon. Takes me through entire journey:) R2 is busted also in pvp 😂
Love your builds. I've used a few myself and they are always great. Have you thought about a Halo Scythe Faith build, I was using it a majority of my 1st playthrough and found it highly effective and a lot if fun. Just throwing out thoughts. Again love your content
This build is actually crazy lol
I'm trying to find builds that aren't so op for when dlc comes out so I can actually enjoy the fights, might try this one
I wanna see a pure faith war nurse build. Been working on one and it's been very fun
You should do a top ten of your personal favorite builds, that’d be interesting to see
i would like to see a build that focuses on either the Winged Greathorn or dual Eclipse Shotel weapons
Amazing
Wow have been wanting to do a battle mage build lately but will probably switch rkr for Craig blade
While farming for a build on a new character I started using Large Club + Roar Medallion + Highland Axe + Axe Talisman. Looked like it had potential on its own. Be cool to see that fleshed out.
I don’t know if you’ve already done this but could you make a level 100 build up from you enchanted knight build? I just wanted to know the next step, thanks!
endure is a nice early alternative ash of war for the cleaver before getting royal knight’s resolve. its got great synergy with the R2 attack
Nice, will roll (another) new toon up for this. Scholars Armament presumably until can do cold infusion? I like putting Golden Vow on a dagger as you can get it so early on for nice buff.
Would be cool to see these builds as they progress through the game based on expected RL and weapon upgrade for the area. This would require you to make a few different characters at different levels but a rl30 6/2, rl60 +12/5, etc with some farmed larval tears would make it relatively simple I imagine. NG+ 1 just doesnt scale well and a maxed out build trivializes all content. Its not until ng 5-7 that the challenge ramps up again
An "OP" video showcasing all the staffs please.
Awesome. Been using an axe/shield build, and been wanting to try something that uses a few more game mechanics. Spellcasting, Ashe of War, and weapon/shield swapping should be more than enough to spice things up.
I am going to have to grind so many Smithing Rune [3]s. Why are they always the bottleneck?
Wow, thats some insane numbers, over 3k on a phantom
Bro actually made a cleaver build, cool
Hope to see your top 5 favorite weapons for this game someday
You know, out of every weapon in this game... After almost 2 years of playing this... Over 1,400 hours of play time... I can honestly say, I've never used the "Iron Cleaver". I never will too. Great video though.
It's honestly so fun
I've been using the bastard Knight sword and I think it's very good especially with the cold infusion and flailing strikes I think it's called
Hey fex can you do a dual dagger with a bow for range build please!! 🙏🏼
Will you do an Occult weapon scaling build? Maybe the spiked club or great daggers? Or anything else good for the occult scaling; I don’t really understand it and if you can put it into perspective that would be cool 🎉
My favorite weapon gets some love
Thanks
Infinity goat you are
Could you do a endgame/new game plus Moonveil build please
I still dont play elden ring but belive me when i doit u would help me very much
Would the Rosus’ Axe be considered with this build? It has the longest reach of the hand axes and also scales with Int.
I'm curious how equal stat investments for str/int (cold) and int/str (magic) compare.
That said, this build should be pretty flexible for both pure int or pure fth casters(flame art instead on the cleavers).
Carian Knight bros, rise up!
"I'm using the Carian Regal Scepter because I have very high intelligence..." Anyone hearing that out of context is like, "Ok bro..." 😂
Seems like everyone else has the bug again for ER. I started a whole new character to get a NG file ready for the DLC. Something is in the air, I hope it sticks.
Yeah I think the holidays triggered it.
i know i need to finish this game, you don't need to shame me. i have kids that do that enough already
Cool build! The Ash of War is in Volcano Manor. Is there a good substitute for earlier in the game?
I think: Determination
Is this build strictly better/update to the spellsword build that used a claymore and glinstone phalanx? The playstyle seems very similar
Is it possible to make a build with the frozen needle? Maybe with frozen lightning? 🧐
Cragblade should work well until we get access to royal knights resolve too... I'm gonna use this on my next coop playthrough. Thanks!
I might just use cragblade bc of the stance damage
could you do your version of a viking build? using roars
I'm gonna try to dual wield with RKR on one and cragblade on the other with the magic scaling
Show us a Claymore build please
What did bro do for the last videos comment section to do him like that like god damn
question as you go up in level is it possible to swap the axe for the moolight great sword keeping with the basic idea of the build
Lol people just want something to whine about (regarding the early enemies killing in videos). If they try the build the will notice quick enough that it is an all NG build
btw amazing pvp weapon too!
Only downside; its not big enoughh
I'm-a request Knight's Greatsword INT build.
Can you guys please go back too old souls games and make builds? There barely any build videos and weapon breakdowns for those especially for ds3 also would love some more lords of the fallen vids!! Thank for the hard work
can you do blasphemous blade & sword of milos build
Ahem. Dragonking's Cragblade PLEASE
hello fextralife,
one question: could you do an int/arc build?
one with blood and magic?
If you make enemies bleed and use the talisman that increases your AR with bleed, the AR of the spells also increases.
I also use terra magica and the magic tear.
As a weapon I like to use a double bloody clayman harpoon ( impeling thrust ) an occult nagakiba ( Spinning Slash and seppuku( Instant damage buff ))or a okkult great Stars ( stormcaller and wild Strike ).
The Same with poison btw.
The blood magic spells require faith.
@@lharsay No you don't understand.
I mean a bleed weapon Hit a enemy and the enemy ist bleeding. If this happend then you become a 20% AR boost. Your Magic e.g. comet, comet azur, Star shauer,... Become this buff too.
And you can incrise your bleed with occult infuse and If you use the albenauric staff, then your Magic AR scale with Arcane
"Obviously the Axe Talisman works great with an axe, who would have thought?"
~cries in Twinblade Talisman
Vyke's spear build please
How about a build that all about chucking giant rocks at the enemy while using a long ass katana. If you know you know
I don’t understand the hate. I remember in one of the Templar videos you were fighting enemies in Faram Azula and those enemies are late game.
