I live in the Riverside area and just looked at a local, highly rated Yelp reviewed mexican place. $18 for Carne asada nachos at the time of this video upload. I'd say this buffet is a steal

I went there today 8/16/2024. Price is $17.99+ Tax. Not many varieties as shown in this video. I saw Fried pork skin at first plate, then no more. Not chicken chocolate/sweet. I didn't really enjoy it. Don't drive far to go there. It is not worth driving to eat there. Don't go there to chat with friends. They enforce 90 min even though there are many vacant seats. Don't go after 12:30PM for lunch, no more food left. I think those foods were made just to advertise in this video. Only a few items there.
McDonald's cost 15 bucks for a burger and soda now. .I'd rather eat good Mexican buffet for that price. I love Mexican food but when taco trucks start charging $5+ for a single taco......no thanks.

Look is one thing but taste is another. I understand people seeing the sausage and bacon and thinking it’s just another buffet. I recommend trying the pozole, chicharon with green salsa, fresh tortillas and carne dishes. The thing that sets this place apart is literally the world class mariachi. Not shown on this video. There’s a reason why people flock to this place to celebrate with loved ones…a touch of Guadalajara, MX.
Most of that breakfast looks old and like it’s been sitting for a while under those heat lamps. They must have paid these guys to show up. I would never and i live down the street. El torito is better. Yuckkkk
