All around the world people are killing history by building new and neglect traditions of convenience but thank god there are some still keeping them alive, I like it! Keep it up! 👍👍
leaving the wood to bake in ovens after they have cooled bakes the wood and helps keep the oven dry from woody water and keeps the flues clean smart...The time tested receipes also smart...yeast eggs milk and 2 types of flours and the corn meal for dough flotation and working on the tables also smart...and that mixer old as the 1950s very efficient...great family business!

Mio papà arrivò da quella zona d'Italia (Trani) nel 1924, in fuga dal dopoguerra, portando con sé le sue tradizioni e tutta la sua bella gastronomia. Oggi, dopo 100 anni, le "straccinate a la cime di rape" (orecchiete), le "bracciole", la "foccacia barese", il "panzerotto" e tanti altri, sono cibi immancabili sulle tavole dei discendenti pugliesi, qui in Argentina. È in onore di quelle persone che se ne sono andate lasciandosi tutto alle spalle che scrivo questo commento. Questo bellissimo video mi mostra l'origine di tutte quelle prelibatezze nominate. Grazie.

Come si fa a non amare uno spettacolo del genere? Il problema è che sto guardando il video alle 12,20 e prima delle 14 col ca**o che posso mangiare (oltretutto non queste cose). Ripeto, uno spettacolo.
