    nice tutorial! i'd love to attach such a vise to my workbench but it's probably not working with my table top. i think it don't have enough overhang. but maybe i can find another way doing it. thanks for sharing! 😀👍

      The smaller vise only needs about 10 inches of overhang, but yeah sometimes you just don't have that. They do sell a couple clamp-down tabletop vises for about the same price though; maybe you want to consider buying/making something like this:
