Maybe you should try #180 in the foundation instead, it wont give you a white cast, or make you look gray. It has more of a warm undertone to it, and will brighten your complexion.
+byoutyfullgurl tried it. was too red for me and didn't feel like buying both to mix because that's what I end up having to do with all the brands I've ever tried and I'm not about to do that kuz it's too expensive for a foundation for me! lol.
+peakmill initially that was my problem, too but once it dries it, acts as kind of a color corrector and blends in with your skin.
+byoutyfullgurl Yeah. Gets too red for me after a while. The 175 I find works best for me. Blends better with time:)
+peakmill yeah 175 definitely doesn't work, it's too light and looks ashy... Even when you first place it before blending it's off... But I definitely understand your predicament... Have you tried cinnamon? I think it's R520... It's in between 175 and 180... There's also 178 but I believe that had a yellow undertone... Anyways try them I think you can get a better match without having to mix. :)

+Blvck Nostalgia I said the same thing BUT my daughter bought me a pair for my birthday in AUGUST it is now December and I still use them. They last forever and do not lose their shape. Its an investment if you wear lashes.

I have acne, occasionally bad, and I was wondering if you knew which foundation and primer would help, I don't know, smooth it out.
You should watch Raven Elyse She has acne problems also but always finds a way to smooth them out and look flawless
+LunarAngel The Neutrogena No Shine primer is great for acne in my opinion. Perhaps you should try the Neutrogena foundation as well. Also, the Maybelline Fit Me doesn't make me break out. Full coverage foundation helps disguise it. What are you using for treatment, if you don't mind me asking.
try using african black soap you can find it at beauty supply stores and african stores . make sure its raw and its not really black its more of a brown . i hope that helped .

How do you match your color? foundation everything?! When I go to the counters in make up stores they always go toooo dark or tooo light and have me looking like ghost face killa what do you do?how do you find the right tones?, & where did you get the primers what are the names I need help!!! Not to butt in but in my experience I always choose the 3 shades that I think are closest and then ask for samples of those. That way you can try them in different lightings and test how they wear on the skin. It hasn't failed me yet.

Keesha Williams your foundation should match the areas of your skin that don't have the hyper pigmentation that way you'll have an even skin tone.
