Just curious how much boost are you making at a steady highway cruise versus full throttle? Does the boost level at say a steady unloaded cruise stay high enough to activate the blower bypass?
It runs around 5-7 psi running empty at 70-80 mph and 12 psi full throttle, with water meth 50/50 mix it's 16 psi full throttle. I have the bypass set to open at 10 psi.:)
@@444mopar Possibly, I found there was more overall performance with the bypass opening at 10 psi. I did try 5 psi and wasn't as good, so went back to 10. I'm running an N blower with a self made bypass. As I burn 100% waste veg oil, the truck is almost free to drive.:)
@@detroitgarage9430 That's awesome. How did you manage to find a source for used veg oil? I work at a truck shop so I could get some used motor oil but never enough to cover all my driving.

@@444mopar Had a quick read in the Silver brochure and savings from the bypass is around 7 HP which is around 3-4% increase in power.
