I have a peloton bike and I’m part of a fb group that does regular challenges. I like the accountability of doing it in a group but not having to go to a gym. I’ve done this for a few years now, and it’s really organised. Our classes are set up for us, but there are different levels of the challenge, so that’s what makes it easy.
Having worked in Health & Nutrition can tell you the elimination of carbs (sugar) in any form is a catalyst to weight loss. After some time once your body detoxes from carbs ~ sugar. You will discover just the taste of the tiniest amount of sugar to be overwhelmingly repulsive. As such you will see the pounds fall off ye physical Avatar/ Body! Good Luck 🍀

The book we used when doing the sugar detox thing was 21 day sugar detox. It helped, but it wasn’t easy. Good luck with that ❤
