    The book we used when doing the sugar detox thing was 21 day sugar detox. It helped, but it wasn’t easy. Good luck with that ❤

    I have a peloton bike and I’m part of a fb group that does regular challenges. I like the accountability of doing it in a group but not having to go to a gym. I’ve done this for a few years now, and it’s really organised. Our classes are set up for us, but there are different levels of the challenge, so that’s what makes it easy.

    Ugh I know fitness is a good thing but hearing about fitness and healthy eating etc is one of the many things I dislike about January and New Year 😂

      💯 percent correct. I think spring 🌼🌱 time is a good time to do things like that diet fitness. Let's all hibernate till then 😂

    Having worked in Health & Nutrition can tell you the elimination of carbs (sugar) in any form is a catalyst to weight loss. After some time once your body detoxes from carbs ~ sugar. You will discover just the taste of the tiniest amount of sugar to be overwhelmingly repulsive. As such you will see the pounds fall off ye physical Avatar/ Body! Good Luck 🍀
