Who is most valuable, the one the whole team relys on that lifted them from the bottom to the play-offs or the one with a team filled with the best players the league has and can win without her?

CC is the Michael Schumacher, the Tiger Woods, the Tom Brady of the WNBA. A magnet for haters. A magnet for media fueled controversy. CC is just a young lady with incredible skill and drive to shame us all. I applaud this young girl for all she does. She has much talent but best yet she is a humble class act.

Here's the current run down on Caitlin's Rookie season with two games remaining in the season:
    OFFENSE:
1.) Scoring: Top ten among all players in the league.
2.) 3-pointers: Number one among all players in the league.
3.) Assists: Number one in the league, and with the all-time record for most assists in a season (even with two more games remaining.)
    DEFENSE:
1.) Rebounds: Top 20 in the league even though she's a point guard.
2.) Steals: Top 20 in the league even though she's the offensive focus of her team.
The biggie: responsible for 35% of all fans that have attended any WNBA game this season. Every game she plays the attendance goes up on average 107%. She single-handedly is going to make WNBA salaries triple over the next few years. She will be responsible for the first WNBA million dollar salaries.

As hard as they tried to push that Reese should have been ROY over Clark, no chance they'll let her be considered for MVP. A'ja might be a better scorer, but again like with Reese, they are playing different positions which contribute differently to the teams. I believe Clark to be a much more rounded player, spreading her stats around more than A'ja or Reese. Really depends on criteria for MVP. If it's best scorer, then A'ja gets the bump. if it's who contributes the most to the team and the growth of the league, then it's hands down Clark.

I don’t really follow the WNBA and I’ve never even heard of Wilson before the MVP talks. I’ve known about Clark for a couple of years tho

That's bc people only watch sports for entertainment. The way CC plays basketball is entertaining. Watching Wilson shoot mid range jumpers and lay ups is boring af. I wouldn't spend a penny to watch that nor would I waste a second of my time watching it

Fact: Most all people have never heard of Aja Wilson. That's the WNBA's failure to publicize its stars. It was an unknown pro league, even among women and women's pro sports! The league was a failure because it's game was boring with few players capable of or willing to integrate NBA innovations, especially the newer influences of point-forwards and point-centers from from Eastern Europe game. Just as that change re-invigorated attendance and TV ratings of the NBA, Clark has brought that NBA game to the WNBA, changing it forever from a boring game emphasizing upper-body strength and weight to fast-paced, floor awareness, and team generalship!!!

She won't get league MVP just like she didn't make the Olympics. She doesn't have the right stuff in that league.

... only if it's decided based on race, jealousy, pay your dues mentality, and other stupid stuff.
