Thanks Steve and Randy for having the desire to get out there and write more and have fun playing live again. I love the old stuff too! Give them your support people live..and on the new stuff. Weiland/Daniels \m/ \m/..Welcome! Positive thoughts and vibes from here in Seattle.
These guyz really rock!!! If you have not seen them live you cannot begin to understand how awesome the new line up is. Autograph is at the top of their game!!!
Think this is it now: Original members: Steve Lynch Steve Plunkett Keni Richards Steve Isham Current members: Steve Lynch - Lead Guitar / Vocals Randy Rand - Bass / Vocals Simon Daniels - Lead Vocals/Guitar Marc Wieland - Drums Past members: Eddie Cross T. J. Helmerich Lance Morrison Matt Laug
Randy Rand is an original member along with Steve Lynch. Both are in the original video for Turn Up the Radio. Steve Plunkett didn't want to tour again so that is why Simon Daniels is the new lead singer.
Royce Timothy yeah, but the only thing really that barely makes this worth watching is Steve. Bass players are almost never doing anything but holding down the fort unless you're Chris Squier or Geddy Lee. Bands are not bands when they split up after being together for a long time.
it's Steve Lynch lead guitar and Randy Rand bass guitar. . which is 2 of the original members with a new lead singer and new drummer. there's only 3 original members lift. 2 are dead. one died of cancer in 2008. and other got killed. got shot over drugs. and the original singer didn't want to be apart of the band. that's why they got a new singer.
you are correct, Plunk felt he couldn't perform they way he used to anymore and had other commitments with his work. It's not like he didn't " want " to, it just wasn't in the cards. Simon brings a new energy to the band. it's about NOT not about then. We all go through changes in life, it doesn't mean those changes are bad, just different. :)
Although this isn’t the autograph we know and love at least the band has lasted throughout the years it isn’t the same without plunk and the keyboards and drums stop being negative we love autograph even when there not the original members
True story: Autograph opened for Van Halen in 84. Van halens manager threatened to break Steve Lynch's hands is he used his two-handed techniques. Eddie was threatened by Steves playing. Steve attended The Guitar Institute and is very fluent in many styles of guitar playing!!!
Not the true story princejeff. The true story is. VH's label wanted to put White Lion on the 1984 tour. Both Eddie and Dave where not having it (insecurity issues). That is how Autograph got signed and put on that tour. You had to be there bro.
yes he was but he himself was not able to perform anymore and gave his blessings to Steve, Randy and the guys to go out and bring joy to those who love their music, without him. Their keyboard player and drummer are both deceased so they are as original as they can be. Simon and Marc are great musicians as well as incredible human beings and the 4 of them combine to bring incredible energy to the stage, at any age. Go see them, it's worth it.
Michael Hubbard I'm just happy to hear Lynch and Rand rock again. You people in US and especially CA are so overfed with great music that if its just good and not best then you are not satisfied and don't see how good it is.
HAPKAH Oh, I know how good we have it over here with the music and bands, but for me, it's about the nostalgia perhaps? My memories of what these guys sounded like back in the day. Having keyboards really added a lot to their music. It's the one thing that is missing now. Just my opinion.
Michael Hubbard I too have nostalgia, but Ish (Steve Isham, keyboard player of Autograph) passed away few years ago, so now he only lives in his recorded muic. Compare this Autograph 3.0 with most of stuff you have on mainstream TV/Radio and you will understand then how good those guys are. The band had broken up first 26 years ago because you people did not value them enoguh. Don't let it happen again or we will only have nostalgia (but not concerts or new albums) to their current music.
Basically what you are saying ( in other words ) is if YOU lost a hand and a foot YOU are no longer a real human being. Think about that for a moment. The band didn't go out and say " fuck the other guys " they approached Plunk and he said he wasn't able to perform anymore and Keni had first shot and blew it, and has since passed away. Ish died of cancer. So what is your point? Steve and Randy loved the fans SO MUCH they found the best replacements they could in order to give their fans a chance to see them again. You should THANK THEM not criticize
they wanted to go heavier. I will always be willing to fill in at keys if that is what they wanted but Steve and Rand wanted to make an updated version and I think it works.
Plunk gave ALL his blessings for them to continue without him, he was not able to perform anymore. Steve went to him first, you really need to know things as the truth not go on rumors or lies.
HATE HATE HATE when damn bands speed tempos up and rush through and half ass songs. This singer sucks and keyboards are definitely needed. Not the same. If you can't do it right, just leave it alone.
When you all can rock like this, then I will read your ridiculous, negative comments. I seen them live, up close and personal...they fn rock!!!!!
🤘🤘
i have seen them and met them a few times great band
haters are gonna hate. they're just jealous cuz they can't this good and get out of there parents basement!
The groupie has spoken!
Thanks Steve and Randy for having the desire to get out there and write more and have fun playing live again. I love the old stuff too! Give them your support people live..and on the new stuff. Weiland/Daniels \m/ \m/..Welcome! Positive thoughts and vibes from here in Seattle.

This Lineup is really great, but I still miss the keyboards :(
ClanXFiles Exactly! The keyboards were a huge part of the Autograph sound! This just doesn't sound like Autograph.
And the Singer ...Right?
Wooo whoooo! You guys rock!!!
Think this is it now:
Original members:
Steve Lynch
Steve Plunkett
Keni Richards
Steve Isham
Current members:
Steve Lynch - Lead Guitar / Vocals
Randy Rand - Bass / Vocals
Simon Daniels - Lead Vocals/Guitar
Marc Wieland - Drums
Past members:
Eddie Cross
T. J. Helmerich
Lance Morrison
Matt Laug
superjet113 Randy Rand is an original member
still a bad azz song !!!
rc walter hell yeah!
Best Rock guitar solo in Rock back in 1985. Steve Lynch's tapping technique is taught at MIT.
Awesome...yes. Is it better than JY's solo in Renegade. I'd have to say no.
This isn't Autograph. It's Steve Lynch plus a bunch of other guys.
Randy Rand is an original member along with Steve Lynch. Both are in the original video for Turn Up the Radio. Steve Plunkett didn't want to tour again so that is why Simon Daniels is the new lead singer.

+TruthSurge Fux U asswhipe, Randy is my Brother......fuckwad
+Clifford S oh well, exCUUUUUSE ME! Being your brother makes everything different now!
Clifford S yeah fucking right lol
Can't wait for a new album.
+skeletoncrusader new cd is out :)
Still a kick ass song!!!!!
Anybody else who saw them in the 80s thinking "oh 2014, that is pretty recent"?
Definitivamente hace falta la voz de plunkett.
Probably their best performance since re-union!
it's Steve Lynch lead guitar and Randy Rand bass guitar. . which is 2 of the original members with a new lead singer and new drummer. there's only 3 original members lift. 2 are dead. one died of cancer in 2008. and other got killed. got shot over drugs. and the original singer didn't want to be apart of the band. that's why they got a new singer.

Autograph with no Keyboards is not Autograph, by the way they have no drummer and no lead singer,...Steve Lynch deserve more than this.
+cocoramon Steve is having the time of his life, and they havent stopped touring in two yrs now
bring out the old guitars. marshall amps? tube amps? no one can play like steve lynch.
tune em up, get em' ready.

It's a classic song but it really needs a better singer and keyboards.
They need “Plunkett”.
Sound real good, but to me Plunk was Autograph.
seeing that he was the main songwriter you are correct.
yes he was but he himself was not able to perform anymore and gave his blessings to Steve, Randy and the guys to go out and bring joy to those who love their music, without him. Their keyboard player and drummer are both deceased so they are as original as they can be. Where are the keyboards? Autograph just isn't Autograph without keyboards. And their new singer is terrible.
Michael Hubbard I'm just happy to hear Lynch and Rand rock again. You people in US and especially CA are so overfed with great music that if its just good and not best then you are not satisfied and don't see how good it is.

Hey, was that real Simon Daniels who +1'ed my comment? The one from Autograph?
+HAPKAH most likely! He's awesome like that!
carvin amps are just the same.
AUTOGRAPH sin Steve Plunkett y Keni Richards no es Autograph.
Basically what you are saying ( in other words ) is if YOU lost a hand and a foot YOU are no longer a real human being. Think about that for a moment. Too fast ...I appreciate the effort. But what makes this song is the proper tempo. Where the heck is the keys ???
If you cant get into this..bye bye
Has front row seats, would rather watch the show on a cell phone.. LoL i will never be that guy. Ill be the one rocking out with horns raised!
no keyboard makes me cri
they wanted to go heavier. I will always be willing to fill in at keys if that is what they wanted but Steve and Rand wanted to make an updated version and I think it works.
If Plunk owns the songs can't he cease and desist other incarnations of Autograph from playing them?
Rp Perez Why? He gave them his full blessing.
My bad! Why won't he play with them though? Old grudges, perhaps?
Plunk gave ALL his blessings for them to continue without him, he was not able to perform anymore. Steve went to him first, you really need to know things as the truth not go on rumors or lies.
HATE HATE HATE when damn bands speed tempos up and rush through and half ass songs. This singer sucks and keyboards are definitely needed. Not the same. If you can't do it right, just leave it alone.
waxwaterloo Exactly! This ain't Autograph!
This Dude’s no Steve but he’s not that bad. Fuckin Warrants Bullshit singer ....not that Dude Sucks!
Just not the same. Vocals are terrible and there are no keyboards....
keyboards made the song... this sucks the big one
Sounds like crap.
Let's hear YOU do it. jerk
