I see beauty & character in both abandoned homes! Thank you for being respectful too these old homes & being brave to go through all the weeds, bug’s & the thing’s! Awesome video bro! 🤘❤️👍💪
Your videos are going to sky rocket soon. Your material is so real. You are an amazing and awesome guy. Looking forward to your next one. Take care Be safe
I love the old homes you check out on your RUclips channel keep up the good work and be careful and stay safe please show us more homes you investigate
The main structure look very solid at the moment .the bones are good the roof and porches need replacement and some new windows and new covering on the out side and you could have a home with some work but cost could be lower than you 🤔🤔
The 1 st intriguing it would be nice if someone would sponsor you That's a condor/ turkey vulture & the back looks like wheel chair ramp 2nd house way 2 cool It's shameful how people let their homes go Paranormal investigation sounds great I've done several in the past & some good some not so good You really don't need alot to have a paranormal investigation but I'm old school Currently where I live there's a cemetery right behind my cabin It gets creepy some nights but not always Thank you once again for sharing another awesome video Keep up the great work 😊
I am skeptical about ghosts too, but I do understand that there are things in this world that we will never understand. Whether it be our inability to understand anything outside our 3-dimensional world or our brains are just not wired to be intelligent enough to understand the reasoning behind something beyond our logical sense.
I just watched your latest video about your old school. Wanted to leave a comment but it wouldn't let me. I enjoyed it so much made me think of my old school but mine was torn down after they closed it and I wished that I could have walked those halls ,one more time thanks for a great video. Your awesome!
Hey just found your channel this week and subscribed and then realized you were filming in my neck of the woods in alot of your videos!!! Keep up the great work!!!
Love your explorations! Try to slow down your panning across what you see. Do some close ups of interesting things you find. But slow down and let the viewer take in what you see
Woke up getting ready for work … was happy to see ya posted another cool video 😻❤️ btw that cute bird in the back was a turkey vulture …they are usually around scavenging for dead animals 😐
I don’t think I ever saw one in person, so it was pretty cool! I didn’t see any dead animals around, so not sure what it was doing there. Thanks for the awesome comment! 🙏
@@NerdEpix your very welcome love your channel… & ya the turkey vultures are native to New Jersey … could be not so common where your at .. that makes it even cooler… have a great weekend!
That's a young vultrure. They tend to nest near/in old abandoned places. I stumbled upon an entire flock at an old homestead in N.C, in the back a little, I looked up in a huge Oak, there they were. As for paranormal investigating, it's a choice. You can own everything gadget out there, or, just keep it plain & simple. I used to have a few gadgets but, life happens. Just keep doing what you enjoy doing and respect the 'signs'.
That was a beautiful house. Looks like a ramp in the back. Maybe the owner passed away, and the family left it to rot, which is sadly the case for most.
He is a little turkey vulture, they are those big birds that eat dead stuff, like animals hit by cars or anything dead, probably condemned ,looks to be big on outside, second home probably used to be a leased farm land ,where you farm land
Yeah I never saw a turkey vulture in person, so that was cool. I didn’t see or smell anything dead around the house. But who knows. Thanks for watching and for the comment! 🙏
I think the smallest room was the bathroom. That house had been abandoned for at least 20 years IMO. I always try to ask permission if I do see someone near or at the property before I enter. But in this case, the door was wide open and no one around. 🤷♂️
@@NerdEpix I think with all the illegals plus rise on homelessness you gonna see many more squatters. Be careful and please carry something for protection. New subscriber u are doing great

I agree
DO AN INVESTIGATION IN THIS HOUSE. this house -seems like something is watching you. And the shadows in corners of rooms made me scared. 😱
I REALLY want to go back there at night and some other places I’ve been to as well. Probably will happen. Thank you for watching! 🙏

Greetings from Southern Ontario Canada. I just found this channel. Subbed and liked. I would be concerened about wasp nests etc. Be careful.
Thanks for watching and also for subscribing! 🙏
ITS A TURKEY VULTURE. I LIKE THEM. HE WAS CUTE. WAS SOMETHING DEAD THERE?
I didn’t see or smell anything dead, but who knows honestly. Maybe inside the house!? 🤷♂️

You need to carry a flashlight with you
I have one and was going to use it, but the house had good natural lighting and didn’t feel I needed it. I’ll start using it more from now on.

Very well built house, not plastic and staples.
Umm, maybe look and see if there's a back door?.. and who in the heck is mowing the backyard where the turkey vulture was?
No idea. If they mow the back, why not clear out the front and make it look somewhat presentable!?
Sad many houses once homes filled with laughter sadness and holidays now empty falling apart such a shame such beautiful places in those conditions.
Very true. Thanks for watching! 🙏
That was a beautiful house. Looks like a ramp in the back. Maybe the owner passed away, and the family left it to rot, which is sadly the case for most.
Very true! Wish these houses could be restored and not just left to decay. Such a shame. Thanks for watching! 🙏
That bird looks like a buzzard
You’re going to have fun in the fall and winter. Little shrubbery and bugs.

Thats a buzzard...a vulture. That right there would be more than enough to send me running back to my car and get the hell out of there...
Haha it startled me as I was walking up to the house. Never seen one before. It was cool though to see up close.
Buzzards are afraid of people.
Cool explore ty
Thank you for the comment 🙏
No bathroom in the house? I wasn't aware that you needed permission to go on properties.

@@lisaperry5999 Thank you. I have protection, just don’t show it on camera
You can get the address and go to the recorders office and look up who own it.
That was a vulture. Whatever u said stunk was probably his dinner. There's a dead body of something over there.
More than likely
Looks 1940s to me.
That bird was a vulcher or buzzard
Turkey vulture yep
It's a vulture Bird that's a vulture bird
Never seen one, especially up close before 🤷♂️
The bird is a vulture
Turkey vulture, yep 👍
