Why does Europe support Israel so much? What does Europe gain from the occupation of Palestine and further escalation across the Middle East? How much of this is Europe following its own interests versus being subservient to US imperial designs in the region, as we’ve seen with Ukraine? Is Europe actually united on this or are there segments of the body politic that disagree with the US and Israel’s imperialist aims in Gaza? Does the EU have any awareness of its own hypocrisy? And are there consequences for those who speak out against the status quo?
To discuss this and more are two Irish Members of the European Parliament, Clare Daly and Mick Wallace.

as an irish canadian, i have been so impressed by the moral courage displayed by the irish ppl during this genocide. it's no coincidence that so many countries with histories of being oppressed and colonized (Ireland, South Africa, Indigenous communities all over the world, etc) are standing with Palestine while the world's wealthy elite with histories of colonizing and oppressing others (America, England, Germany, etc) are siding with Israel.

Look into who’s daughter she is (name of wealthy and known to the world family ); and see who was the person originally elected into this position, and what was done to him ( how they got rid of him) to remove him and replace with Ursula, who was already preset for this. And bring this story to the public. It is clear that her appointment was planned meticulously in advance. Because Ursula could have never been elected. You will see it too.
This will be much more productive and useful, than repeatedly exclaiming the rhetorical question “Where did she come from! No one elected her!” Which is actually a REAL question, everyone is asking.

In Nov 1917, after perfidious Albion and the French secretly made the Sykes-Picot Agreement betraying the Arabs - promised independence by T.E. Lawrence, the British Establishment thought that the Jews controlled the Bolsheviks (who took control of Russia in October) and pulled out of the Great War. The racist British thought that by dangling the carrot of a Zionist Colony in Palestine - the Jews would keep Russia in the war!
As shown in the 2022 PBS documentary series 'The US and the Holocaust', the US population in the 1930s and 40s vehemently opposed immigration to the USA [especially of Jews as well as Southern and Eastern Europeans with strict quotas limiting entries from each country -Asians were banned from 1924-65]. The anti-immigration and anti-Jew stance was hardly affected at all by the news of the Nazi Extermination of European Jews c. 1943 with the $5,000 [>3 x US average annual US salary sponsorship needed for a limited visa]. In 1947-8 the British Labour government had become hesitant on Palestine fearing the backlash they would bear for their crimes against Palestine and stopped Zionist emigration to Palestine - but it was Truman, needing the US-Jewish vote, but not wanting a flood of Jewish refugees - to who blackmailed the Brits in the exceptionally cold winter of 1947-8 [when the seas froze and Britain faced food shortages and starvation] threatening to withhold Marshall Aid unless Britain let in more Zionist settler-colonialist immigrants into Palestine. The so-called UN Vote involved only 33 Yes votes by White Countries [France was also blackmailed over Aid to vote Yes, the UK abstained] and US bribed and blackmailed states and US clients and tiny US dependencies. Most non-White countries had No Say as they were still colonized.!
The early (non-Semitic)Yiddish-speaking Zionists [whose DNA usually shows no Ancestral Canaanite markers - hence the Zionist Entity bans Ancestral DNA testing and publication of results] came from the reactionary Orthodox Jews [who Shahak shows were the most backward and ignorant society in the civilized world] who did not want to be secularized and assimilated into modern Western society] offered to protect the Suez Canal for British Imperial interests [i.e. looting India of tens of trillions of dollars and killing tens of millions in dozens of manmade famine holocausts (search Jason Hickel India)] - including White Supremacist Winston Churchill killing millions of my fellow Bengalis in the 1942-3 'Bengal Holocaust' - the first racist genocide labelled a Holocaust- look up Gideon Polya's articles]. The prevalent notion that Jews were uniquely badly treated victims of genocide is again Western propaganda. Look what Belgium did in Congo or the extermination of peoples such as the Tasmanians by the British. Benjamin Disraeli's regime set up Death Camps for victims of the 1877 manmade famine in South India [which killed millions] which gave less starvation rations than Buchenwald for hard labour - killing 94% of inmates. In 1956 the Anglo-French neocolonialists tried to implement this aspect of the Zionist project along with the Greater Israel project of the Zionists - claiming on mythical grounds that all the lands between the Nile and the Euphrates belonged to the Jews [rather like China's false claims to lands]. Historically, Jews outside Christian Europe had not suffered persecution in the Muslim world (pre-1948) [something Greek Socialist ex-finance minister Yanis Varoufakis and Leftist Jew Barnaby Raine have stressed recently]. Palestinian Jews actually welcomed the Arab conquest and even facilitated it as they had been persecuted by Byzantine Christians. The Koran was largely derived from Jewish myths copied from the Jews of Medina and most Jews in Palestine converted to Islam to avoid the Poll Tax on non-Muslims - leading to the medieval Islamic-Jewish Symbiosis. There was little if any Zionist tendencies among the truly Semitic Sephardic Jews unlike the non-Semitic Yiddish-speaking Ashkenazi. It was the Christian Crusaders who had massacred the remaining Jews in Jerusalem!
Jews had lived for 2,700 years in India without persecution by Hindu rulers [sectarianism is a problem of Semitic Monotheism with its absurd myths of their sect alone being the One True Faith - which Jews copied from Zoroaster along with other myths]. It was only when the barbaric Portuguese Papal pirates arrived with the Inquisition that Jews were burnt if they refused to convert. As Sven Lundqvist argues in Exterminate All the Brutes - Western White Supremacism and Colonialism arose together with the Spanish Inquisition and Reconquista - expelling Jews and Muslims from Iberia. European Christendom was defined in Law as different in Blood from other supposed Races. This was closely followed by the Iberian Voyages of Discovery - with the Spanish Requirimiento where natives [unable to understand the message] were told that God gave their land to Spain and they would be killed and enslaved if they refused to convert and submit to Spain. The Voyages of Discovery were actually Papally-sanctioned Crusades aimed at raising funds for a Christian reconquest of Palestine [the supposed 'Holy Land']. This White Supremacist Colonial Mindset - later refined by the British Colonialists with their Scientific Racism, Social Darwinism (believing primitive peoples were naturally doomed to extinction as Whites spread - hiding the fact that it was White Greed and Violence killing them off) and Hierarchy of Races - demoting Southern Europeans & Irish etc. - and the US Settler- Colonialism with its religious belief in Manifest Destiny - God supposedly had promised North America [from Atlantic to Pacific] to the White Men as the Jewish tribal God had supposedly promised Canaan etc. - underlies the Tragedy in Occupied Palestine. Hitler got the phrase 'War of Extermination' from the British extermination of Tasmanians and California governor Peter 'Burnett's War of Extermination' on natives in the 1850s California Genocide. In spite of all the Postwar talk of Postcolonialism, Human Rights and Diversity - the West has just shown that it still adheres to the racist, Colonial Mindset whereby it can salve its own internal religious problems [remember the Pilgrims etc. were fleeing religious persecution] at the expense of non-European peoples' lands and lives as they are subhuman so can be exterminated.

There's not many anti war and anti imperialists people at the EU and i'm glad we have these two, much respect to them from Belgium since years. They definitively need more view screen to make the real humanist group grow.
