The urban combat scenes were decently done. Seeing places like DC turn into a war zone is haunting. The idea of those modern conflicts we see overseas now occurring in a first world country is scary and feels so close.
The infantry combat was okay but could have been better. Also there's a total lack of APCs like M113s, Bradleys, or Strykers, would have been more realistic to see at least a couple of them on both sides. The scene that really grinds my gears is that scene with the Apache gunship, a few major errors there. 1. Apaches don't have miniguns, they have autocannons which only fire around 600 RPM as opposed to 2,000+ RPM miniguns like what we hear in the movie. 2. The Apache would not be flying that low to the ground in a dense urban environment, and especially not so close to enemy positions, it would be way to easy for it to be hit by small arms fire, and being surrounded by skyscrapers would mean it couldn't take evasive maneuvers if it had to. 3. The Apache wouldn't even be necessary since the Abrams tank right behind it could have done a much better job of suppressing the enemy positions without having to risk potentially losing an Apache.
A civil war could happen if one of three things happens. An attempt to infringe the constitution or destroy it, if there is a military coup or if we get a real someone like Putin as our president.
@@thatguy4413Yes, and as the USA is a very influential country in the world, it would be very bad not only for the country itself but for several countries, the countries' economies would be affected because the dollar is the main currency of international trade.
A civil war isn't bound to happen in the United States for years, decades even. No civil war is bound to be this organized and silly, past years of talks of civil war is just the media - not trying to sound like some insane right winger with conspiracies, just the truth by the way lol.
I like the ending but for some reason I'm like worried that this might happen to our country. Hopefully not and that we will come together and work out our problems.

yeah, this movie's music choices are odd? I wonder if there's any other soundtrack that would best fit this scene, at least in my opinion. If anyone has any music suggestions from movies or games let me know?

"Grandpa, what did you do in the war?"
Well, I singlehandedly destroyed one of the most beloved and iconic landmarks in American history.
Still one helluva story.
Happened a lot during ww2. War is utter hell.
Wait til you find out what else has happened to it
That Javelin being fired at the Lincoln Memorial seemed like overkill, but this is war so fuck it.
Probably underkill tbh

I mean I have a feeling this might happen in our country if we're not careful
@@christo-gj1qk you’re correct. I for one am staying out of it if it happens.

We're a first world country with a third world mentality

I like how the city is involved in a huge battle. And the power is still on.
It’s DC, probably got back up generators and back up back up generators.
It’s dc.
This was an amazing movie. The scary thing is that a civil war is totally possible if we’re not careful enough.
The true scary thing is a 2nd civil war would be far, far more disorganised & chaotic.

Modern Warfare 2 but its civil war
It was awesome in theater. I haven't been to a movie since 2018 .
Seeing helicopters flying without Fortunate Son playing seems...wrong.

The combat scenes were pretty intense

It’s quite worrying there are people that WANT this to happen. Just hope it won’t come true anytime soon.
Hopefully, not before October of next year, this movie is a warning 😢
That's why the final scene of Jesse taking our picture is so haunting...Alex Garland is warning us.
