I don't know if I missed it but I didn't see any Vanilla added to the cookies... that makes a BIG difference in flavor. I also tend to bump up the brown sugar to white sugar ratio (makes them more chewy and rich) If you really like a deep flavor you can use dark brown sugar.

Chocolate Chip cookies should have more chocolate chips in them. Also, you should chill the dough for an hour before baking. They will hold their shape instead of going flat and square.

I think the butter and sugar needed creamed more (obviously an electric mix does the trick better here haha!! ) and then cool the dough before baking! I think you should do a redo video and maybe try different ratio cookie recipes and even different methods! People have done it a lot but would be fun seeing you try it out!
I call my 5-year-old "Baby Chef." When he was 18 months old (I went to go potty) he put a frying pan on the stove, put a stick of butter (unwrapped) in it, and turned the stove on. Luckily I didn't take too long and nobody got hurt or scorched the butter 😆👌 but I've been calling him Baby Chef ever since, and he hasn't gotten less meddlesome in the kitchen either.

It looks like the last one is what bit you. Your dough looks a bit softer than it should. But all is not lost: an easy fix would be to chill it in the fridge for a little bit before baking it :-) Hope this doesn't dissuade you from future cookie cooking adventures!
Such a great idea. You did great,it's the AI's fault. Lol. With the Mac I'd probably add salt and pepper, heavy cream instead of milk and then a couple more cheeses. But that's just my fat ass talking 🤣
