@@JaQba91 The best way to avoid that is to get 1 picanha and make steaks. All coming from the same exact cut should reduce the chances of vastly different flavor.
@rushnothands it’s all about the prompt. The AI isn’t catered toward the middle class or anyone else, it just understands relationships between words that have been used together on the internet. The average/most common answer will most likely be what it goes with. If he wanted a fair fight, he should’ve used the same steak or asked it to make “the best steak ever made” or something. I really wanna see him do the top comment, where he gives ChatGPT his full, detailed recipe and asks it what to improve on
on the Internet, people pretend as if cats own their humans, and not the other way around.... so something like (I am glad a cat adopted Guga and his crew) is the normal thing to say 😛
So a few things I noticed here. First, is that Guga went out of his way to create that special sauce for his steak, a step he never usually takes for his control steaks. He did this after seeing the recipe that Chat GPT came up with. If I'm not mistaken, it also seemed like he gave himself a different, and I'm pretty sure a better cut of meat than the AI steak got to use. His side dish was also prepared after seeing what the AI had come up with. This influences his choices in how to prepare his dishes, allowing him to plan around what the AI had already done to come up with something he thought would be better. I also want to point out that he's the one who seasoned both dishes, and both times the judges tasted the AI dish they said it was under-seasoned. This makes it feel like maybe he subconsciously didn't do so great of a job seasoning these dishes because they were the competition. Also, as a side note, not everyone has chopped bacon just laying around, and cooking, cooling, and crumbling the bacon is not exactly what I would call fast or easy. Not saying the AI would have won, but it did seem a little tilted. I think things would have been more challenging if there would have been some clearer parameters for how things should be done. A neutral third party could even be the one to cook the food, and Guga could just write his instructions and the AI could provide theirs, and may the best instructions win. Or have Guga come up with an idea first and see how the AI can improve upon that. Lots of options for more content with this I think.
I see what you are getting at with what you said, but in a competition on who can do it better, technically he followed the same thing the AI came up with, he just did it his own way. I call that fair game.
Yeah, Guga kinda cheated here. Other the marinade and cheese, the ChatGPT didn't give specifics, like cut or type of potato potato. For full fairness, steaks should have been the same, and potatoes should have been the same. "Chat GPT, how would you drive from A to B?" "Well, I did both routes, one on a bicycle and one in a Ferrari, and my route won!"
I felt that with with the black pepper. I know ChatGPT didn't specify to use freshly ground black pepper, but I don't think that would necessarily mean he is definetly not using it
You can tell in most of his videos his dish typically wins. Kinda seems more rigged nowadays compared to older videos more focused just on the cooking of the food

Guga, even though visually you did a better job, I think that it would be a better comparison if you used the exact same cut as the AI steaks and cook it with your method. That would give a better result as which method (Guga's or AI's) provides the better steak. I mean, how can you beat a picanha?

"Freshly ground black pepper" reminded me of Oscar from La Capital 😂 my mind instantly said "Pimienta negra recién molida"
Bro. Guga's side dishes are the huge thing I'm always here for. They're so easy that a certified moron like myself is able to make'em.
Challenge request for Guga. Vegans are always making imitation meats using plant-based food. I challenge you do it the other way around, make a meat-based food imitating a fruit or vegetable for Angel. I don't know if it can be done, but if it can, you'd be the one to figure it out
Hey guga, I just made some steak for my birthday and used your methods but also used a compound cowboy butter and boy was it good, really good crust, and just sooooo good I wish you could show you
When cat walk in the background is hotter than the fire 😂
9:40 “An ai can cook a steak better than salt bae”
*shade has been thrown*
Make dry age coconut steak and make black pepper and garlic powder dry age steak for 35 days add salt before cooking
I'm an old man and learn from your videos every time. Cheers
I never realized why guga does exactly what he does on the grill i never really gave it a thought but hearing him explain the process makes me want to do it like how he does. I dont like grill marks on meat and ive even seen stovetop pans come with "grill plates" with rivets for grill marks and all i can think is why make an uneven crust
I believe it’s Angel, with the voice changer. The subtleties of his voice are unmistakable.
Rotating the grate is a genius tip! Thank you!
"And here's one thing you should take on from this video"
here i thought it was gonna be something wholesome, like "if an AI can cook a steak, so can you"
but no, it was a (deserved) dig at Salt Bae lmfao
