this is such a joke now ima professional mma fighter and jiu jitsu black belt the first grappling i ever learnt was from this mans dvds i bought 10 for 100 bucks on and wow.. this guy isnt even a blue belt in grappling by the standards of today i wish back then i picked up bas ruttens dvds or vitor belforts instead in 2006 then id have learnt some good basics for that time
