If we do price comparisions, at same villa price which you get at our skirts, here you get high rise in the heart of the city where schools, hospitals, malls and all are nearyby where a villa in outskirts wont even have a basic needs. Water problem comes in Villas and indipendent houses as well. It depends on area, atleast High rises have municipal water connection which is mandetory to release water everyday.

All you told about High rises are assumptions or you find a horrible apts. Highrises are good for security, Children and elders will have safe walking tracks/play areas. What is all about pablic nuisance? A good community will always have get togathers at the time of festivals. When someone is able to afford a villa or Indipendent house, this maintenance isnt an issue. If we do price comparisions, at same villa price which you get at our skirts, here you get high rise in the heart of the city where schools, hospitals, malls and all are nearyby where a villa in outskirts wont even have a basic needs. Water problem comes in Villas and indipendent houses as well. It depends on area, atleast High rises have municipal water connection which is mandetory to release water everyday.

How many apartments you bought, or you saw depreciated.....ask any one the price of apartments who bought apartment in Hyderabad may be 30/25/20/15/10/5 years back..for example in MH Avatar..I bought for 3800/sft in 2015..Now people selling above 11K/sft...3X in 8 years and I'm getting rent of 68K for my 3BHK...also 20 years back I bought a 2BHK n stand alone apartment in nizampet walkable from main road for ~4 Lakh..which was fetchig a rent of 20K ..2 Years back I sold it for 53 Lakh...13X in 18 years...contd
2 Years Back I purchased an under-construction apartment in prestige Beverly hills in kokapet near exit 2 for 6000 Rs/SFT the construction is not yet completed, and the current price is above 9.5 K/SFT...few years back I rented in a villas in a gated community by a mid level builder in city outskirts...could not stay there for an year..due to snakes, mosquitos and security issues...currently living in one of the high rise apartment in kokapet with great amenities, community, social life, sport facilities for kids..and international schools at walkable distance (same school shown in the video)
