Wow that's so amazing. My essential tremor started around age 8 and it's basically ruined my life. I'm 31 now and have the hardest time. I want the procedure. I'm so over this shaking. I want my life to be normal..

I am 31 years old, born in 1988, my tremors started as a little kind and i never could get it diagnosed. Serving 8 years in the military was tough, and I’m out now. Trying to pursue college a program in biotech manufacturing, and i have become to frustrated with the tremors while using micropipettors and trying to measure small volumes, I am so sad i can’t find anything to help me
@@KeepRowing247 Updated: Doctors have given me medication that has reduced the violence of my shaking its a fairly noticable difference but it's not a cure unfortunately. If you could somehow get this medication it might help you out too, good luck with your career man
I am 62 years old and have had a essential tremors since I was around 12 years old. I had the surgery last September 2018 at Vanderbilt Hospital using the Saint Jude model and I have had tremendous relief from my tremors probably 93% of my tremors are gone. I can write now and type PumkinBears

My Father has Essential Tremors in both hands, very severe when he gets stressed out. I inherited it in only two fingers, thumb and pointer finger. Same reason, stress. It's not fun, there is nothing you can do to stop it.

You’ll have to be more specific sir, what are you imagining?
Does the tremor occur when you’re doing any activity? And does it happen when you’re just sitting doing nothing?
There are some solutions that I try out...number1 is meditation..that helps. And I think in your case it ought to help more because the shakiness is concerned with concentration...2) homeopathy, which I started because of my mother. So far, I’d say my weakness has reduced but I still have tremors...
3) is getting more physical exercise, try squeezing a ball while thinking about something else. Multitask. Exercise your brain, think something but do something else, like do wrist rotations and light hand exercises while thinking about basic easy math Qs (2x54, 4x12) etc...i know the last advice is unorthodox. But you need to exercise your cognitive side of the brain
Oh and also, massage your prefrontal cortex, that is the forehead!
And yeah, complete cessation of drugs and porn (if you are a heavy consumer of either)
this is a painful condition. there was a time when my cousin was facing this condition. she took treatment from planet ayurveda. they gave her writer cramp care pack. after that she is fine. thanks to planet ayurveda.
My dad has same symptom of scribbling even concentrating. The tremor occurs only on right hand since several years ago. Will deep brain stimulation work?
I have the same problem too but we can't just give up on our self's we need to have faith that one day we will live like normal people. You can't imagine how it feels you can't study or do practicals at school everyone around will be laughing at you
It might help but it depends on the cause of the tremor.

@@teddyfield2164 do fast walking everyday for one and a half hour. You can also add 5 minutes of jogging with it too but walking for that amount of time is a must. You will get relief as long as you do.
