STUDENT RESEARCH PROJECTS - forming a research group and juggling student supervision!

As a university lecturer a big part of my job is supervising research students as they complete projects. Each year I look after undergraduate, masters and PhD students as they undertake research needed to get their degree. In this video I chat about how I structure my week, how we set tasks and how I balance the requirements of the students with the need to grow a research group.
