Let's face it, people are going to do what the fuck they want to feel beautiful regardless of how you feel about it! And this is coming from a natural black woman with no surgery. Tyrese needs to have several seats. His wife had a face full of makeup and possible extentions for her wedding. Its funny black women are expected to be bareface with afros while women of other races can walk around with with breast implants and makeup and other enhancements and enjoy their femininity. I do not listen to these celebrity clowns and enjoy being a woman to the fullest.#TeamIwearmymakeup#IwearmyhairhowIlike!!

      Zaire Mitchell it sounds like they are the ones with the identity crisis. Why is it necessary to put others down unless you have issue with yourself first. It hits me at times that 9 times out of 10 that the main thing that people can't stand in others is mainly what they can't stand about themselves. In his case he complains about physical features of women when in actuality maybe he has issues not only about his features but also abouf how "fake" he really is and how he goes out of his way to fit in or be accepted by the establishment. Dude has no problem lovin'the sistas, manufactured and all, when he was on his come up and they were supporting his movies, books and music but now he's trying to crossover and the very ones who helped raise him are the very ones he verbally abuses, shames and disrespects so he can be relevant in the eyes of those who would throw him out in the cotton fields in a split second! Distancing himself from the culture will not make him any more relevant than he thinks he is in his own mind. At the end of the day his words aren't about the sista at all but about his lack of self identity, esteem and self worth. Nothing he really presents shows him to be a black king in any way, shape or form and that says something. Dude identifies his wife as a queen yet his actions show him to be a court jester in the establishment's court. What he needs to do is shut his trap and go have a stadium full of seats! #BLACKGIRLSROCK

I'm not in the man's pockets so I don't know what he has but when you are accustomed to living a certain lifestyle, you gotta keep hustling to stay fed. Until he says he's retiring from the business, he needs to make ends meet & Black women are his targeted demographic, which means that he still needs the support as long as he's dropping new work.

      Christopher Brown okay you clearly don't know about his career has made a living being basically a artist who targets women mainly black women for a while he was on tour with other black male R&B artist in a group most of their concerts were 90% women and about 80% of those women were black when he promoted his new album he went to club and he did shows what there were a lot of black women when he does radio shows he always talks about how much he loves his black women that's where he gets his money yes he probably has other things that he's into butt if you kill your fanbase then people will not want to put you in there movie because you won't bring in any money

    I agree what TI said in previous videos when Alicia Keys announced she wasn't wearing makeup, when some people think of "natural beauty" they think of more Eurocentric features. So a woman of mixed descent with looser curls will be called beautiful for being natural while a darker toned woman with a 4a-4c curl pattern will be called "nappy head."

    • @emmyknowsbeauty810
      @emmyknowsbeauty810 7 лет назад +2

      Jael Latrice what did T.I say?

    • @KennyBucketz
      @KennyBucketz 7 лет назад +21

      There is some truth to this (especially when it comes to immature people, usually in high school and lower), but a dark skinned woman with 4a-4c will be called beautiful if the hair is well-kept and she carries herself well, same with a mixed woman. Take Lauryn Hill for instance. She has a dark skin tone and 4a-4c curl pattern, and she was seen as nothing other than beautiful and elegant, dope. She was natural and people loved it. I don't recall people mocking her and calling her nappy head. Maybe immature people, but not the majority. Now if the natural hair isn't styled or well-kept and just look neglected, that's when the insults usually come. When a dark skinned girl shows effort in keeping her natural hair, rocking her Bantu knots, styled and combed fro or kinky curls, people aren't usually going to call her names due to her hair. People will think it's dope. But yes, I would agree that looser curls do get a little more approval than tighter curls in our society. That is messed up, but in our society looser hair is celebrated more. But, many people find natural 4c hair dope if it's well- kept. Just like with fat women. A fat woman with curves gets more approval than a fat woman without curves when it comes to people celebrating fat women and body-positivity. Back to the curls thing, you're comparing two different things. Also, you didn't mention a dark skinned woman with loose curls vs a light skinned woman with 4a-4c. I think the dark skinned woman would get more acceptance because of her hair texture. And I don't think the Alicia keys going natural was even impressive. Showing yourself in your natural state should be default. As a guy, I have always had to show my natural state, flaws and all. When I had acne, I had to face people, when my face was changing, I had to hear the jokes, when my hair was in the awkward stage while growing it out, I had to face the slander. Couldn't cover it up with a wig or weave. So for Alicia to come out without heavy makeup, that's not impressive. It's cool that she ditched the other stuff though.

    • @KennyBucketz
      @KennyBucketz 7 лет назад +22

      Straight Up not impressive *to me*. This is why I said, *I don't think* Alicia keys going natural was even impressive. I explained why. I said because I don't think it's an extraordinary thing to show yourself in your natural state. It should be default. We shouldn't expect people be made up or flawless. I said it's cool that she ditched the makeup look though. And how does me not being impressed show why people choose to be faux? I'm not impressed with them being faux either. Saying I'm not impressed doesn't mean I don't think they should do it. It means, I'm okay with them doing it but I'm not going to praise them for it, especially if they show their face the way it is naturally. It's a choice to not wear makeup and show your natural face, not something worked extremely hard at to achieve. Now, show me someone's body is ripped from working out, or before and after pics of someone who was huge and is now toned and sexy. Then, I will be impressed because they worked incredibly hard to achieve that transformation. Show me someone performing well on the piano and singing, then I will be impressed because they had to work at that skill. Again, someone not wearing makeup isn't impressive to me (I'm not impressed) because it's default. That's like saying someone coming to work in casual attire is impressive. It's also like someone who used to bleach their skin, no longer bleaching it. It was a choice. I don't wear makeup and I have always had to show everyone my flaws and deal with people seeing me how I really look, and being rejected or accepted based off of the reality of my looks, so do most guys I know and some girls. It's normal to me. Some girls in comment sections were saying that they're not impressed either because Alicia conveniently waited until her acne went away to finally show her natural skin. Other girls in comment sections were saying she's still wearing makeup, but in a way to make it seem natural. They said they're not fooled because they do the same thing, and they said which products they use to do it. I don't know if I believe that, but it's a possibility. It's Hollywood. So no, to me, it's not impressive, but I am happy she doesn't feel the need to wear makeup. I hope she starts a trend with women (even though I know some women don't wear makeup).

    • @KennyBucketz
      @KennyBucketz 7 лет назад +2

      +Straight Up I get that, but that's not impressive to me. People are brainwashed if they believed she was flawless. Most people know celebs are caked with makeup and are not flawless. You showing yourself s natural is not extraordinary. It should be default. I think it's good that she isn't wearing makeup but not impressive. As I said, as a guy, I have to show myself and all my flaws all the time. A woman walking around without makeup is not impressive to me. A woman walking around with makeup is not impressive to me. It's not like she had some crazy deformation that she has been covering up her whole life and is finally brave enough to show. She has a regular, pretty face and is now letting people see it without being caked in obvious makeup. As I also said, women in other videos regarding the Alicia Keys no makeup thing are laughing at people saying that that isn't proving she isn't wearing makeup. They say they can achieve the same natural looking look with certain products and styles and fool people into thinking they are natural. So what I say is not a reason for women to go faux. Why do I have to be impressed with a woman showing her natural face. As I said, that should be default. Are you impressed when a man doesn't wear fake hair to cover his bald head? No. You think his bald head is normal. Not being impressed with a guy not wearing fake hair is not a reason why men get fake hair. I think you're mistaking "not impressed" with "I think it's horrible," when really it means, "Ok, so what? That's normal or at least should be considered normal. She didn't have to do anything amazing to do that. She just had to be and not add on." Now her musical talent, that's something someone can be impressed about because she had to work for that, but the fact that she "actually didn't wear makeup," is not impressive to me.

    It is so easy to promote natural features without talking bad about women who choose to do what they want to their bodies. Promoting self love is a wonderful thing but when you tear down and ostracized a large group, you are no longer promoting self love.

      Jojo S how is it going to hurt their children if a strong black man is telling his daughter to be confident in who she is and not try to imitate white women.. that is a beautiful thing.. A lot of these black women didn't have anyone in the household to tell them they are beautiful exactly the way they are.. that's why they are spending billions of dollars to look like the slave master.. ijs...

    • @ms.mommie6985
      @ms.mommie6985 7 лет назад +5

      +Queen Keekee This is so true. IMO it just seems like Black women are criticized for whatever they do. I remember when a natural Black woman was called lazy and dgaf about her appearance. I'm not talking about they looked like trash, I mean they didn't wear makeup, have their hair in trending style or wear false nails. Black men were saying how they needed to keep themselves up like white women who wear makeup, get their nails and hair done to keep their appearance up for their man. Now all this is a problem. In the end do what makes you comfortable because you can't please all.

      Orange Blossom Not really. I don't wear make-up, weave, or have plastic surgery and there is actually a lot of girls like that. However he needs to narrow down what he is saying. Not everyone who wears weaves or makeup looks manufactured. Some woman were weaves that blend in with their natural hair texture and you don't even know it is not theirs, and many women where make up that is more natural rather than caked on dramatic look. It think what is describibg is the women who don't do that and end up looking artificial.

    My older sister and I aren't very close, but I've always believed her story regarding her first and only encounter with Tyrese.
    Back in 2010, my sister joined the Army and was en route back home from a tour of duty in Qatar. She had a layover in Atlanta, and happened to see Tyrese in the airport. Now granted, my sister has encountered celebrities before; she used to hang in the same circles as some of the big 90s acts such as Tupac, so she knows how NOT to approach celebs and how to read a situation. At any rate, she very discreetly approached Tyrese, told him she was an American soldier, and asked if she could have an autograph as a souvenir for me and our mother. That asshole literally treated my sister like shit. Just with his attitude. It's one thing to deny an autograph request, that's your right as a person, but you don't have to act like you are the greatest human being on the damn planet. He was like "Oh, I don't have time for you or this," but he managed to have time to keekee with some lighter complexioned flight attendants in the airport. At that time, he was at the highest point of his career with Transformers and the Fast and Furious series, so he felt like he was a "big star," but was really in those films because umm affirmative action and Idris Elba and other, better black male actors were either busy or wanted no part in being cast as the token black guy. My sister also said that she felt like if she hadn't been tanned the Middle Eastern sun and hadn't shaved all of her beautiful hair off due to the heat, that his reaction to her would've been totally different. At that point, I really stopped giving a damn about Tyrese because he was disrespectful to my sister on so many levels and as he has proven time and time again, is all about that "beige rage" and will support anything that a light complexioned woman does regardless of whether she is successful and intelligent like his current wife or a THOT like Amber Rose.

    Tyrese is the type. Y'know the type of black man who always has something to say about "all" women. But we know he means black women.
    The type where he has such strong opinions, but refuses to own how he feels.
    The type who seems to have a preference for every other race of women & black women too as long as she isn't too black.
    The type who says black women ain't sh*t, when they don't buy his music or see his movies.
    The type where the black dollar is his bread & butter, particularly black female dollars. Yet he never has anything good to say about his fanbase.
    Tyrese isn't a Will Smith or Denzel Washington. Tyrese isn't quite main stream. He is a Taye Diggs or a Terrence Howard. You know those types. 😐

      Taye Diggs and Terrence Howard are both excellent actors....so please don't put Tyrese mediocre acting ass in the same category as them...

    • @devilangel777
      @devilangel777 7 лет назад +42

      La La This has nothing to do with acting ability. But Terrence Howard & Taye Diggs are constantly seen with racially ambiguous or straight up, not black women. That isn't a problem in inself.
      The problem is the preference for "other" types of women AND the constant need to distance themselves from blackness.
      Terrence Howard straight up lied about his father being blond & blue eyed. Like why... As if nobody would find out. As if being mixed was something so important, it needed to be lied about. The great grandparent being Native American is one thing, but you're gonna lie about your dad?
      Taye Diggs has a mixed son, no big deal. Yet he feels the need to shout from the roof tops "my son is mixed!" As if people acknowledging his son as only black is denying his son a coveted privledge. Though in all honesty his son looks like a regular little black boy. His son is more like Obama & less Jesse Willams. You know the look.
      So in those regards Taye & Terrence are in the same group as Tyrese.

Don't like fakeness? Don't encourage, give attention to, nor date fakeness. Simple. I DETEST stupidity and hypocrisy.

    be natural, wear weave, Get implants, do whatever you want as long as you love yourselves at the end of the day it doesn't matter what s a man think. so many men think what women do is about them, uh it's not, sorry y'all are not that important. Im a natural hair girl but I will wear a wig when I feel like it and I do it without the thought of what a man will think

    • @loubnaarianne2498

  • @ashleyreid4892
    @ashleyreid4892 7 лет назад +177

    I agree with him on THE NATURAL ASPECT. (THAT'S IT LOL). I am a woman who has natural features. I didn't wear makeup until I was almost 20. I still had guys chasing me in middle school and high school. So self love is Important. Most MEN want natural women and just want to sleep with the "Nicki" types for cool points. But After the natural part it went down hill. Lmfao.

    • @MartianBlues11
      @MartianBlues11 7 лет назад +48

      Ashley Reid
      Men want different things. Some men like the tacky fake asses and huge tits and some men like women so natural that they don't shave their bush or armpits. It's just one of those things.
      I definitely agree that his little failed roast went severely downhill after that though.
      I don't like the huge fake asses and tits either, but Tyrese was doing way too much.

    • @ashleyreid4892
      @ashleyreid4892 7 лет назад +19

      Ashley Reid why are you worried about what men want? life for yourself.

    • @brittanywilliams8653
      @brittanywilliams8653 7 лет назад +53

      I notice it's always the women who proudly boast that they are natural and wear little makeup and love themselves that stay worried about what men want. I rarely hear women who wear makeup and the likes focusing on what men want. It really makes you wonder just who really is the one that lives their life for them and the one who lives their life for the approval of men.

    • @knowdaqueen177
      @knowdaqueen177 7 лет назад +35

      Brittany Williams because when you release your insecurities and do things for yourself, you don't have to boast on others. People can say a lot about the makeup community but they are some of the kindest women particularly when it comes to body image. Saying things like "I have natural features" (like everyone doesn't) to boast about what you don't "need" is silly.
      I was with a guy for 5 years and I didn't really get into weave and makeup until we were together for more than a year already. When he noticed that I wore it more often he told me I didn't need it and I told him I didn't care because I wasn't wearing it for him. Eventually we sat down and had a conversation about it and he understood why I wore weave and makeup and it had nothing to do with hating my natural self.
      That's really the issue we're suffering from now. No one wants to have a conversation with women about why they do what they do. They just want to make wrong assumptions and publicly shame them for their presumed intentions.
      So when men and women feel the need to "diagnose and shame" those who indulge in hair and makeup constantly misunderstand because they don't care to seek the truth

He's saying that men, no matter how busted THEY are, are looking for a woman with natural big breasts, a natural big behind, naturally long straight hair, and skin that naturally looks like golden nectar. He likes 'em natural and he's speaking for those natural men. Yet he slid into Amber Rose's Instagram drooling over her picture. Okay, Team Natural. Team Squats. THAT is why I don't take anything he says seriously. 1) Nobody asked his opinion. And 2) Nobody ASKED for his opinion.
