Have you tried following the same process on Standard Bank’s online banking platform?
If you have and the problem still persists you can click on the link below ,scroll down and select “How to approve it” :
www.standardbank.co.za/southafrica/personal/products-and-services/security-centre/bank-safely/debicheck
This page will provide various options for approving or declining the DebiCheck mandate.
