For those who literally cannot wait 0.075 mg/kg body weight (cyanide), 15g ground flax seed (about 2 tbsp) has 3.3mg cyanide. To make it easy, a 100kg person can eat 5~ tbsp (about 35g~) ground flax seed in one meal (up to 3 meals a day with at least 1 hour between meals but safest levels were at 2 hours). For a small person, 50kg, that's about 2.5 tbsp 3 times a day, 2 hours apart each is safe. Considering most people only eat 2 tbsp once a day, it's impossible to get any real side effects, according to the study at least.
@@ksitigarbha9787 According to this lpi.oregonstate.edu/mic/other-nutrients/essential-fatty-acids#metabolism-bioavailability you have 0-4% ALA to DHA conversion in males and 9% in females so females have no problem at all converting. Internationally they recommend about 100mg DHA / day for healthy people and 500mg for people with cardiovascular problems. For males, 4% means 64mg in 1 tbsp ground = 7g flaxseed. Hi Perla. The problem with glyphosate in the urine, us that somehow glyphosate residue is still on food. Glyphosate is not supposed to be sprayed on crops, close to harvest time... Glyphosate properly applied to crops, is broken down by the environment, way before harvest, leaving no residue. But in recent years, a practice called "crop dessication" (Google it) is being used with greater frequency, to kill and dry out seed/bean/grain crops, to get them ready for harvest. This practice is profitable for the grower, but leaves Glyphosate residue on foods. Bad for us, bad for the bladder.

luckily we are herbivores
@@TheYakisobaNoodle Stating we are herbivores is factually wrong. Claiming that is the healthiest way to eat might be correct.
@@crazywaffleking Factually, any animal that eats mainly anything could be called by that label. If you fed only meat to a horse it would technically be a carnivore. But, in the wild, only herbivores can get atherosclerosis.
@@TheYakisobaNoodle If some alien race were to observe our planet and looked at a wide range of humans, would they conclude we are eating as herbivores?
@@crazywaffleking Did you read my last comment 🤔

How is plant-based better for the environmental when the world’s main vegetable and fruit suppliers take up so much ground with forced agriculture of all the vegetables, grains, and fruits?? All of our food is created by 10 main manufacturers who have destroyed billions of animals in areas where there was previously no agriculture in nature. But now it’s all full of pesticides and sugary fruits and vegetables.
No thanks, I rather not allow my body to have to go through that!
