Pulling the trim piece below the headlight like shown just broke the piece for me and ended up being an expensive fix with having to get a new part and getting it painted. It is better to leave the trim attached to the headlight. Once you have the headlight bolts detached, then pull out the headlight with the trim piece attached being careful of the tab at the end of the trim piece. Once the whole assembly is removed, then it is easier to remove the trim piece from back side because you have access to the tabs to properly unlock them from the trim piece.
Thanks for posting this! My 2004 Titan is getting new bulbs for the first time, can't believe they lasted so long.
Wow, Nissan engineers went overboard on stupidity. I've never seen such a difficult process to change headlight assemblies! Great video though, thanks for that.
+painlesstom Thanks for watching our video! 1aau.to/m/Shop-TRQ
The rest of the process worked for me, thank you for the video
Great video but I would do one thing different. Before putting on the trim and grille, check the bulbs then. If something is loose or a bad part, you want to find it before you reassemble everything.
+Tom M Thanks for the feedback! 1aau.to/m/Shop-TRQ

What should I be looking for (and ordering) if I want to replace the metal clips (shown at the 9:26 time-mark in the video) ... do those have a name? What size?
One of the bottom bolts is a 10 mm, and the light should be removed first then remove the trim below the headlight, the fasteners are to old on a 2004, they will break
