  • Justice Elena Kagan questions Eric Schnapper, the lawyer on behalf of Gonzales, in oral arguments of Gonzalez v. Google Oral Argument, a case in which the Supreme Court considers how responsible major social media platforms-Twitter, Facebook, RUclips, especially-are for their most dangerous posts.

Yes, of course. Programming has as much intent as any other action.

So most of the search engines don't actually host any content. There's nothing malicious about this, it's purely practical. A website is capable of displaying images from another website via what's called an img tag. Where you can add an "href" attribute that allows you to display an image from another website on your website. A link if you will.
This allows the data storage of the search engine to be saved as they would only need to store a 100 byte string as opposed to a 1 Gigabyte file.
I would say that you can tell these companies that hosting of certain images is outlawed by the whim of regulation due to the fact that these entities are business, "commerce"; but the way the ISP, internet service provider, is set up, the common man cannot just host their own website without first paying the internet company for "business" internet. Which costs 100 dollars more than standard internet, in some cases.
We need to make the Internet free to access somehow. Or at the very least make it free for the citizens to host their own websites without having to pay extra fees. As this would perfectly address the issue of the 1st amendment being violated, relative to the internet.

Private conversation vs. Public conversation sharing
Freedom of speech vs. Right to listen or not listen.
AT&T voice conversation vs. Publicly available announcements.
Censoring the Content of individual posts vs. Cancelling individuals for their political persuasion.
If what is IN THE TWEET/POST is illegal or defamatory, it is subject to civil lawsuit or criminal procedure. IE: CONSEQUENCES
The POST should be regulated, not the PERSON.
SECTION 230 should not be the enforcer/ judge / jury of PEOPLE.
CATEGORIES of regulated speech (porn, child endangerment. REAL national security, bullying) can be regulated by the community through complaints, or legal procedures, removal pending adjudication or trial).
Free speech shall not be INFRINGED, but there are consequences.
The right or OPPORTUNITY to LISTEN, is a decision by the listener, not Big Tech, nor Government.

Where the fuck did you get that from? And what's wrong with that? Plenty "free world" "journalists" crawling around China pretending China has no "press" "freedom". Compared to the track record of the "free world", you might have some hope still if you ban all your "journalists" and let China do the talking.
