Stumbled upon your channel while searching for Edinburgh videos (visiting in a month) and I’m loving all of your content!
Something that I really wanted and found on one of my last days there with my family was one of the plaques that said clan names and stuff on them with their said crests however I got one with a Scotland logo since I didn’t know my clan heritage too well, it’s something that I would say is very cool (I got it at heritage of Scotland in Edinburgh old town) and would say is cool for friends, however it was 70 pounds.

Thanks for all these great tips. I'll come over beginning of August for seven days and will try to visit a few places you mentioned. Any suggestion for a flea market or car boot sale?
There's a place called Food&Flea that does some flea marketiness on weekends but I think charity shops are the best when it comes to buying second hand goods! I also know of the 'Out of the blue drill hall flea market' but I believe they are on every last weekend of the month.

Do you have a favourite Sushi place in Edinburgh?
Hmmmm... I gotta admit that I don't go out for sushi that often as it gets really expensive - but back when we were a fresh couple who didn't mind burning all our money on dining and wining we used to go to Tang's pretty often! There's however some really good Japanese and Korean comfort food places in Edinburgh where we can't say no to! (We like Harajuku kitchen and Andamiro!)

Be very careful when buying Scotish scarf near the old castle！I bought sth but changed my mind after 10min. The shopper refused to refund. By the way there is no goat for producing cashmere in Scotland. eveything is imported from India，China etc.😢
