    This isn't Pilates at all!! It's a warm up for dancers

      O Garcia It’s more of a Barre class coupled with Pilates principles. Barre workouts are amazing and utilize many of the same ideas you find in Pilates like core stabilization, alignment, lengthening, breathing, etc. You definitely don’t need to be a dancer to do the workout. Hope this helps! :-)
