They just blatantly copied tower block dreams ghetto on the sea .Lol
no they didn't. just the idea of pirate radio and some characters are taken. grindah has different qualities to his personality compared to killer. the idea of chabuddy being a freak, the idea of aldona, the idea of steves being a 'thinker', the idea of angel being decoy's son and not grindah's, the idea of miche, the idea of tanya, the idea of beats, craig and roche, the idea of grindah's breakup with miche and then him 'grafting', the idea of beats and roche's baby, the idea of abdi, the idea of the weed drought, the idea of the clubnight and 99% of the show is all original ideas written by a professional writer who follows a plot throughout the episodes.
