You are correct on the Cr Lp, I wrote out Lp but used the wrong graphic. As for damage wise, I didn't really pay attention to that. More showing that these are ways to combo. And doing Cr Hp to Tatsu is very typical
No, if you are throwable after the flash of the demon super, you will get thrown. Lvl3 supers have 7 frames after the flash where the opponent can't act. Is why things like Sagat's lvl3 tiger raid can't be blocked low after the flash. You have to be holding up before the flash of a Demon
