After watching so many videos on swallowing pills, today I finally swallowed one. Keep the pill in your mouth and then just drink small sip of water that you can swallow in one go. This literally helped me and I'm gonna do it again to make sure it wasn't by chance. Also, a big thanks to Ben to motivate us...🙂✌️
do you have capsules or regular tablets? if you have capsules, tip your head forwards and it should float backwards down your throat. hope this helps ❤ am very proud of you ❤

I take adhd pills and allergy pills , I’ve also had to take 5 pills a day for like a week before so this was great knowing the experience of someone who can’t swallow pills as someone who can 💀
