U are the best exercise teacher I have ever seen. Kind to unselfishly giving to those who can’t afford physio or Chiro. Thank you for all your info. Loving it. Only discovered you 4 weeks ago. Fabulous🙏🙏🙏🌈♥️

I love been struggling with balance for seven years, ever since I broke my heel. But these exercises were the first that showed me why I have not improved. Now I will start anew, and now I have hope. For me, this video is priceless. Thank you.

Undoubtedly you made that one of the easiest BUT effective balance exercises I have ever experienced! Yes it was fun and no I have not mastered the scooting on the sit bones...Yet. Light informative good spontaneous practice at the end of morning meditations for intention to begin the day in balance and laughter!

Most excellent! So important not to over focus on parts of our body like feet that don't seem to support us... how is the pelvis and the weight of the body dropping into the feat can make leg and feet have to act a certain way to counteract the tensions in the pelvis and core. This playful exercise is great at brining to light tensions and helping them let go through movement and staying open in breathing. WELL DONE!

Taro. Thank you for all of your informative and helpful teachings! You are awesome. Do you have any videos on how to help women that are pregnant and dealing with severe structural pain? My daughter is 32 weeks pregnant and struggling terribly with lower back hip and leg pain. And with two toddlers at home it is making life difficult for her :( If you have any videos on relieving pain during pregnancy that would be awesome. TY❤

That was fun! It wasn't too hard for me but I still feel it was beneficial. While doing it, I remembered that i only scooted, as an infant, and did not crawl. I wonder if that early practice helped :)

Found your channel two days ago, been watching - I just subscribed. Your techniques are very interesting, wondering if you have a video or suggestion(s) to help with learning to balance when roller skating?

It helped my dizzy head to feel better. Why is that?

not exactly sure but possibly the exercise helped your head position to become more stabilized and balanced relative to your torso.
