Authorised Push Payment Fraud: Coldheart (Scam phone call)

A recording of a phone call from a scammer trying to carry out Authorised Push Payment Fraud, revealing some of the tricks he plays. He tells me to transfer my money to a bank account that he controls, because he claims Somebody At My Local Bank Branch Is A Criminal. I apparently play this one straight, although the occasional barbed comment passes by without the scammer noticing. It's quite a short video for one of these scams, but the scammer abandoned the attempt after this first call. It's worth posting because it highlights the utter ruthlessness of these manipulative people.
