Doubtful that you'll answer this here, but worth a shot since it's probably not important.
Android devices doesn't have the lifetime or the options to have an option to have more keys.
When will you be adding this to the android devices?

So, 8 months later, the Android version still only has a 15 button layout, and no other options and no lifetime subscription option. You guys getting a kickback from Apple or something? What's with the favoritism?

I only have 2 option to pay (3,09€ / Month AND 26,99€ / Year) I have no ''Lifetime'' option what I would always prefer. I use Android tablet and Samsung Galaxy Fold4.

As of now, the Stream Deck Mobile 2.0 update is only for iOS, but Elgato is currently working on bringing the update to Android.

Good news, Android version 2.0 has finally been updated, it’s been too long.
Updated 08/02, learned of this because the developer responded to a Google Play review.
Version 2.0 has been released for a year, and Android still has not been updated.
I looked at the bill and then watched the video introducing iOS version 2.0, and I was very, very, very unhappy.
I hope the lifetime license will work for Android and iOS and we don't have to purchase one license for each system.
I cant find the free version in the play store to try things out is there a link anywhere ?

Why are the conditions different on Android than on iOS? Why is there no free version for Android?
Stream Deck Mobile 2.0 update is not out for Android yet, but Elgato is currently working on it.
I can't get it to work with public WiFi networks personally.
4 months later, still shitting on android users
I have been using it for a while, but the problem is constant "Reconnecting," and tsometimesit will disconnect with my mobile. I wish there was a method way than Wi-Fi.

I hope it comes for android. I have the original Stream Deck but sometimes I play/work using cloud and I can't bring the stream deck to me, but mobile can. I don't wanna buy it for iOS since I'd like to use my Android for these kinds of tasks. I hope they bring this to android soon.

It's impossible from the ipad stream deck mobile app to link with the windows 6.5.2 stream deck version (6.3 only, but OBS need 6.4 or more recent version).
I would really love to try it...

How can I use a stream deck to control my Keynote presentation while using my trackpad in Ecamm Live? Each time I use the stream deck software app on my iPad for Keynote my MacBook Pro (M1) switches active program s slowing my production process down.
While there is Stream Deck Mobile APP for Android how ever it's currently at version 1.4.0
Sometimes the Android version bugs out and also currently you can't have more then 15 buttons unlike the iOS version.
You do know Android is used far more than iOS right? So why the hell aren't you working on Android more?
To those who try to argue, shut up. Android isn't just Samsung it's used on Samsung, Motorola, Google Pixel, Nokia, One Plus, and other phones use Android. This means Android is the better choice for focusing a product like this on.
Very smart business decision. There's still value in physical keys, but this eliminates the entry barrier.

Can Stream Deck mobile connect remotely to a PC?
From the Stream Deck 6.3 release notes: "Using Stream Deck Mobile, you can create multiple virtual devices on your Stream Deck desktop application." I didn't hear any discussion of this in the video, and couldn't find any reference to it on the mobile app or Stream Deck desktop 6.3. Hoping some clarification is on the way.
This is what I assume it means. Stream Deck Mobile is a virtual device. The buttons are created on the SD desktop application, just like for the physical decks. On the desktop program, you can create multiple profiles for your mobile device. I think he mentioned it in passing as it’s a continuation of what happens for the physical decks.
A free version? Am I missing something? As soon as I try to open the app, it tells me I have to choose a subscription plan and there's no other option

Incredible update for stream deck in general, but the iPad is something I have wanted for so long. I can't believe how much it exceeded my expecatations! I love being able to have all of the buttons at a glance instead of in folders so I'm going to use the crap out of this

Porblem is, on ipad pro m2 when you run two instances or just one if you stay idel for a while stream deck mobile will disconnect from wifi and through an code 7 protocol/violation error. The only way to fix this is to close the app and reopen. Kind of annoying!

Thanks for leaving the android users to pay yearly and no updates or even a free trial. I paid for a year because as much as I wanted the actual hardware - they are unavailable in my region. Also APPLE products are three times as expensive as any android device. As much as I wanted to renew for another year - You literally stiffed me by launching your updated app only for IOS and WITH A LIFETIME payment?

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING? I love my StreamdeckXL and original Streamdeck. Now I can work remotely with my MacBook Pro and just bring my phone. AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME!

I use my IPad with photoshop. Can I use stream deck to control my IPad? I don’t want to use my iPad as a stream deck I want use photoshop on my iPad and switch between brushes, select tools etc using stream deck. I want to connect stream deck to control my iPad. Not control steesmdeck with my iPad. Can this be done.
Unfortunately, you cannot use Stream Deck to control your iPad.

I have two Macs to control. You mentioned two PC's. Can the iPad version control two different Macs?
(Four months after video posting.) I tried to install today and use the one-time pricing, but it was not available. Was this yanked? If so, please update the video description and/or video title. If not, please provide iOS and Android store download links in the description. That would be a big help - I've already wasted 20 minutes on this and I feel lied to. 😢

The one time payment is currently only available for iOS users. If you are using an iOS device, you must cancel your current subscription before purchasing a new plan.

No, you don’t need a physical stream deck. Your phone/tablet *becomes* a stream deck. I’ve been trying for a couple days and love it so far! May opt to augment this with a physical device down the road.

Are you using Stream Deck Mobile on an Android device? The free basic subscription is currently available on iOS only and we are working to get these features out for Android, but don't have a date to share at this time.

PLEASE allow connections to the computer via Bluetooth. I use my stream deck XL for my work laptop and since we use VPNs for security the stream deck app does not recognize my work laptop IP address. I use a TON of shortcuts for excel, word, other windows shortcuts so having 64 on the iPad would be INSANE. Right now I have 32 but I have to change pages to access the other buttons.
Man! This is awesome! I already have two xls. Just one question, if I buy the lifetime license can I use it for both my iPad and iPhone or you have to pay one license per device ? Keep it up, great job 👏🏻👏🏻

Android is still 'legacy' they are currently working on it.
I love Stream Decks, they completely changed my workflows for the better.
The versatility is insane, it would however be great if more software developers would implement more solid shortcut control or maybe even some unified protocol for these kind of things, to elevate the possibilities even further.
