Will there be any problem if we power the propeller directly from the motor without gears? I guess we will reduce chances of gear wear and tear.

Im building one right now with brushless motors, but this is a custom board so i wouldnt say that i can it myself
When I give a throttle only one or two motor is constantly on and other motor turn it off
