Latias fused with magnezone and with passive and Dragon Energy or
Zacian with passive and good egg move?

Zacian C will pretty much sweep the game except for eternatus fights where you need a leech seed/salt cure/haze mon. Metal burst works too.

does anyone know if latios without egg moves (has a good nature) can do the first 1000 waves of endless? or do you need the dragon move that hits both targets

Nature doesn’t matter, you can change it in the endless run. I would say just try it tho. You never know. But def get a fairy steel pokemon and dna splicer with a rock pokemon that has salt move. Maybe also get a soak pokemon that can live a hit and hit eternal with soak to make it water so the salt does a quarter damage every turn. Eternal cannot damage fairy steel pokemon.

Also use that fairy steel just for him. You don’t need anything on it. So invest everything else on latios to beat other threats. A run away pokemon would also help you to run away from unwinnable fights
