The second is price reduction isn’t allowed, though passives are as I doubt it’s possible to beat it even with save scumming without those too. A few updates ago I had a pretty consistent strat that is now completely unviable due to price changes. Delphox, Greninja, Tinkaton as the starters. I could pretty consistently find a Mankey and Fidough which could evolve into stuff with actual utility. And the last thing was ideally something with DOT.
