This is my question to you, if I spend a million US for a place in jamaica and I need to call 911 or 119 for what's the response time? If you can compete with America then the price is right. The problem is even if you spend that kind of money the basic things that is required are simply not there, let's see who can argue with this fact.
I can appreciate your question. My answer for that is this: Jamaica is not the United States We have our own problems, and they go theirs. We have our own strengths and weaknesses, and they got theirs. The idea here is to start making good decisions and start investing in our own. The reality is that America is what it is because many Jamaicans are there investing in that country. Which I don't have a problem with. What's wring is for you to compare the two when most of our people don't even see the value of what belongs to them. I do hope I answered your question.
Do not trust his man and his nice speech, he looks like a scammer. 90% of Jamaican are very dishonest, and are scammers, they are criminal minded. They can't help themselves. He is only trying to get his hands on your foreign dollars. Even the banks and financial institutions in Jamaica gives the impression that your money is safe, and protected, but eventually the bank steal every penny, and then they tell you it was stolen by cyber crime. There is No Accountability in Jamaica.
Its like that everwhere. You get what you pay for. Problem is even the lower end of the real estate market in Kingston is pricey! something isnt adding up. You can find houses in Florida for the same prices and the conditions are Much Better!
Stop lying. Florida houses are paper. They blow away when little breeze blows. House insurance is sky high plus property tax and HOA are way too much. People losing their homes there because of all those expenses. Oh and the bugs my gosh they eat people alive plus the crocs. The humidity alone is terrible. The AC has to be on all the time. Florida is swamp land. Too flat.
Well said. I hear on another site that our returning residence want to buy a 1 million USD condo and get a helper for $20 USD a day and they even dont know how disillusional they are.
Do not take it for grnted people are coming home wealthy.. life is tough everywhere..some are coming home penniless especially women. If am using a builder I want one that understand the reality of life nd respect that going to lve abroad did not farewell for all.
I found your video very condescendung and hurtful. Returnibg rfesident are not fools. Very hurtful. some inner cities are awesome... I would live in Vineyard town Alman town tucked away in those inner cities are some nice homes and great culture.of course going from 100 to 10000 can be shocking. I think if you should change the tone and narrative. People are returning to their wombs.. were they felt happy.. the question is are thyde safe in these communities some yes..maybe all yes.
People seem to love to use the work condescending very freely. In order for a statement to be condescending, it must be intended. On must intend to be condescending in order for it to be condescending. Just so you know, I am from the inner city and moved out. The problem here is that most people don't like change. They grow up in the inner city, and they stay there and then complain that there is no progress in Jamaica. Your kids must come and be in the inner city. Meanwhile, those who think generational move out and are looking to secure property in better locations. I am not here to baby anybody I am here to tell is like it is.
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ON POINT!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bless up King 👑 Ajawi manners and respect, you are so right on every point
Thank you

Are you able to show previous completed developments you gave done and the cost ?
No. If I did your design and you had it built, would you want me to show the public the design and what I charged you .

We don't have much money abroad
People fall for the over spending when they live abroad.
I understand, I think the impression given is that once people go overseas, everything bingo. Nobody really tell the true story.
I can see how this happen. If you go overseas without a vision and goal then anything may happen.
Bro, your're making a lot of sense.
Yes you guys or so right.
