My favorite Repentance change was cosmetic changes from items for the Keeper. Back in Afterbirth items that changed your character's appearance just slapped Isaac's face on the Keeper.

To be honest, I think you should make videos dedicated to all the cosmetic changes done to the keeper, Dark Judas, ??? etc.
I think it would be very helpful and fun to do and I've found literally no one anywhere trying to do this. Not even the wiki has that information.

I feel like Flush! is a pretty underated item. Don't get me wrong, there's better items. But for a large or difficult room, or Dross, it's really nice. Especially since it can now be bargain flight in the mines

Flush is really not that bad. Sometimes I even take and use it. I think the reason why it is so unpopular is because it is just a bit boring and weird.

Not a synergy, but a fun thing:
The blue womb song actually has a layer! But it's very hard to listen to it on a normal run. One option would be getting a crawlspace in one of the rocks from the item rooms, OR you can use the red key! This is really interesting since it will take you to a special blue womb room with enemies to defeat! The layer plays there.
You can find Hush flies, Blue/Hush gapers, Blue/Hush boils, and most importantly you can find the super rare blue conjoined fatties! (Originally only found in a single room in the chest).

Yesterday I was playing with the keeper and got polyphemus with cursed eye, it was just the keeper with one big hole at the center and a pearl at his right side, not a pretty important look but it got me laughing for a while.

1:48 I discovered that when I used "the emperor?" In downpour and it got me to a great gideon fight but still with downpour's water
I've used that card before, and it softlocked my game twice cuz I was taken to a Mom fight with no means of escape afterwards...

When im played for Bethany and targeting Beast i founded Satanic bible. All deals spawned so-so. But when I'm going back all skipped deals start cost not hp, BUT MONEY.
And another interaction: spirits, spawned by both Bethany and tainted cannot be destroyed if you UNDER GNAWED LEAF. They too getting leaf effect. Im killed Beast this way: he sucking fire and me and slowly dying from spirits.

How are you able to zoom out so much? My screen is so close to Isaac and it makes delirium much more difficult because I can’t see him coming when he teleports across the room to attack me.

I was once testing tmtrainer and I got this item which spawned a wierd looking bomb that explode into brimstones. I'd love to send you a picture if there's a way to do so. It's like this cylinder shape with red down the sides.
