@@IGOTGAMEAJ as much as I don't like Grier, I've given him more blame than he deserves. He does bring in who the coaches want, and has made some good moves/trades. It's a more difficult job than ppl think - especially when trying to maneuver trades, FAs, dealing with roster injuries etc. When you look at how many key players we've had injured since wk1, we actually did really good. The game ain't like it used to be, there's too many teams & too many games, free agency has also destroyed how teams are built & stay together

Hill had every right to be upset. When he took himself outta the game we were already eliminated from a playoff spot, he did NOT want to talk to reporters afterwards but was pestered to speak, so he spoke in frustration as most players do in that situation.
No he a professional and every big contract has media and media access so with over a hour he had enough time to be professional and know what he was saying

He gave the reporter a chance to back off before we had enough. It's just another reason why the press should NEVER be allowed in ANY locker room. The should happy enough that teams are willing to do press conferences, the media doesn't even deserve that much!

The only players who dont want stronger rosters are the ones fighting for their places. And even most of them probably do because most NFL players over-value themselves.

But wait, he needs to 'look after his family' of course so they dont have to struggle along on only a few tens of million $. Getting them from super rich to obscenely rich - that's much more important than Superbowls. That's why he moved to the Dolphins after all.

If we can get half of the online we had last year before they guided it and just left nothing , I could see the office doing what they did... We got running.We got a decent quarterback.We got receivers.We gotta type in that.We just need people to block and know what they are doing to do it consistently.... And then make sure our Defense actually fucking shows up more than two times a game
@AAVVVAAADDAAAKAAADAVRAAA don't forget how many key players we had that were injured for multiple games. We thought some our backups were better than they actually were, which is why many of our FAs won't be resigned this year. We're working on a couple of trades right now (obviously i can name names right now) if we can pull them off, we might sweep the bills this year (there's good reason to start expecting a vast improvement this year!)

When you have totally wasted drafts like 2022 and high pick busts like Eichenberg and Cam Smith and I’m not sold on Patrick Paul either, I can see where Hill is coming from. One last thing, I’m totally rooting for Vic Fangio on Sunday. He was the only viable coach we had on this team last season and he was run out of town on a rail not by any one person, but by the stupid and lazy and amateurish environment created and maintained by McDaniel, Grier and most of all Ross. Fangio wasn’t a system fit! LOL Hey the not a system fit is coaching the number 1 defense in the Super Bowl and we are picking our asses as usual because of shitty leadership.

Hill is a cancer, move him. He's shown over and over that he's selfish and not a team first guy. Anything he says now can't be trusted since he's only saying it do to the heat he's caught. Plus his salary cuts out atleast 2 play making guys from the team.
Hill for Kupp
I don't mind that idea at all.. kupp is a year out from being one of the best in the game.. the top speed obviously isn't the same as you get from hill but this team needs locker room stability.. a WR duo of Kupp and Waddle would still be elite and the clown show gets settled down a little bit. The offense like Doug said is a few tweaks away from being top 5 again. they just need work in the trenches. The defense is a whole other issue.

One of the reasons the Patriots was so dominate was their star olayers weren’t overpaid.. Tom Brady was never the highest paid player in the league… despite maybe being the most dominate for many of them… giving them more room to sign talent
Brady was one of the very few NFL players who valued success over monetary greed. Once he'd made enough money, he wanted to win more Superbowls. It wasnt a decision by the management.
Whilst I don't exactly blame Tua especially given his injury history, if he'd really wanted to win something he'd have taken a team friendly contract and still been richer than creosote.

Our team was over rated because WE HAD a good roster until Ross allowed Grier to dismantle our entire roster, that along with Micky Daniel’s cute play calling doesn’t work anymore when you change our entire roster & continue to overpay an ify injury prone qb. Tua’s good but he’s ify because his performance is based on the support of his teammates & when you have a bad oline that the three stooges that run our team don’t care about & “don’t wanna hear it”

If the fins could get a 2/3 or 2/4 round draft picks for Hill, they could still draft a receiver early and also get the OT or Guard they need and a DT in the first 4 RDS. The problem is Grier and McDaniel trying to save their jobs by putting more lipstick on the pig. Restructuring any contract of Chubb, Ramsey, Tyreek or hill is a huge mistake to get cap space. I'm waiting to see how Grier or Garfinkel or whoever is making the decisions, is going to get 30-40 mil in cap.
