When they released Twisted Words I was secretly hoping their next album was like that (instead we got King Of Limbs). But Twisted Words is probably their most shoegaze song yet, I'd love to get some more songs like it.
It's hard to put into words how I feel about this song. Consider I've heard all their albums, Blow Out really stands out on the first record from the rest. It sounds more mature, like the chaos is calmed and controlled. I always felt like Blowout was a glimpse of things to come; it sounds more like their later developed sound. The feelings and emotions and teenage memories I have of listening to Radiohead. I am thankful I had a good taste for a 13 year old.

Same. I could have saw them in Austin during the 2016 tour, but the long drive put us off so we decided not to. Kicking myself over that decision. My love for Radiohead has only gotten stronger over the years.

I wish they remembered how to turn their guitars up. I think it's Thom's guitar mostly. The vocals sound great, Jonny's guitar is there as ever...but it's like they forgot how to use guitar distortion post '03
