yup, koopa cape and wii rainbow road are very likely. i'm not sure if theres any leaked info on wii rainbow road coming yet, but it's in tour now and a wii track might be the final track in the dlc... and wii rainbow road i feel would be perfect for that. and koopa cape was in the banner datamine, so yeah, those will probably be the last 2 wii tracks to be added.

Second, they nerf the character he always uses. Third, they add his least favorite character to the game. Fourth, they are making you pay for the DLC characters now unlike the tracks. Weird.

In this update they also did some balance changes, now its the Rosalina and the teddy buggy meta.
Not really a Rosalina meta since she has the same stats as King Boo and Link, unlike Waluigi who had more speed.
No roy and donkey kong also have the same stats as waluigi
