Hey Jenee & Josh, that is the same sectional (Bliss) I wanted for my living room but didn't have the space for the whole sectional. I didn't want pieces, i wanted the whole thing. My sister actually bought the sectional called Ethan. When you showed it I was like that's mine. Your house is going to be gorgeous. You guys have great taste in furniture. Especially for the living room. Lol. Can't wait for the finished reveal.
The home building process can be SO stressful but worth it once done!
I love the paint color iron ore. I painted my basement iron ore. Iron ore with natural wood and brass my ultimate way to give all the moody, rustic with a hint of glam vibe

You will love the light fixture in the kitchen. I own it and it is a “wow” piece. Like a fine piece of jewelry. I get a lot of compliments on it

This is so beautiful. I subscribed, I can’t wait to see the finished product. My husband and I are in the process of buying a lot so we can build our custom house. Hopefully we can start building by the end of the year. My husband loves your home. He’s all into the moody modern while I’m all into the girly glam aesthetic. So trying to find an in between that both of us will like will be interesting.
